Blissful Rose Events & Floral
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $3,000
  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

I love what a wedding celebration represents. The joining of friends and family to celebrate Love. The celebration of a commitment to love, respect, and companionship is the best reason to celebrate. I started my career as an events coordinator in my college years in Santa Cruz, CA. Upon my return to Sacramento, I started a business venture with my friend. We started off slow and within a couple years we were decorating beautiful weddings and coordinating wedding days. While it got busier with business, life also got busier. My friend had a child and I returned to graduate school.

I'm a planner, and I worked with Elena recently on a wedding. She was flexible, upbeat, and willing to work with us both on pricing (even over Valentine's Day weekend). She created beautiful arrangements for the ceremony and made the most stunning purse bouquet that matched our bride's vibe perfectly. She was also ready to pitch in if other vendors needed assistance. I'd work with Elena again in a heartbeat!

Moda offers striking, chic, and creative floral and wedding designs for the distinctive couple. Along with beautiful floral creations, we are also available to provide you with stunning tablescapes by offering rentals, services, general decor, and fresh ideas for your event.

Erica was one of the most impressive vendors for our August wedding - she absolutely brought my vision to life and I am so thankful for her efforts! I loved my bridal bouquet so much that I insisted on bringing it up to Lake Tahoe with us on our honeymoon, and then I hung it to dry it once I got home. It gave me so much joy looking down at those beautiful flowers on the drive to Tahoe after the wedding. Erica was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process and made it so easy. She is a true artist and managed to get me exactly what I wanted for our wedding - in fact it was even better than I could have ever imagined! I recommend her 100%. Thank you so much Erica!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.8 (100 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!

Awarded Best of Zola
I had a fantastic experience doing my Long Island backyard wedding florals through Poppy. Michelle was our floral consultant, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole planning process. I loved the ability to choose florals through the portal while also uploading inspiration pictures and tweaking things with Michelle's help. I was able to share photos, and Michelle assured me that they would be able to create arrangements just like the inspiration photos. Communication through the portal was seamless and quick. On the day of the wedding, I was SO pleased with the flowers. They were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Anyelys, the local designer assigned to my wedding, was kind, collaborated beautifully with my coordinators, and did such a wonderful job with the flowers. It was everything I expected and more, just like the photos I had submitted! I LOVED my bouquet in particular. Anyelys also went above and beyond, helping us use extra leftover flowers around the property. We are so grateful and recommend Poppy wholeheartedly! It was an awesome and stress-free experience.

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Starts at $175
  • Serves Rancho Murieta, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
Use The Faux Bouquets! I know there are a lot of options out there for faux florals, but this company really stands out. Absolutely gorgeous selections. We chose one of the more basic options because of our color scheme but there were so many more stunning, fun and colorful options out there as well! We used them for the bouquets and boutonnieres and it made life so easy. No need to worry about the flowers staying alive or getting water stains on your dresses. We had everything in bins ready to go before wedding day. Great pricing. The bouquets are so full and you can see the thought that goes into choosing the colors, type, and placement of each flower. The company communication is quick, kind, informative, and they are just all around amazing!

Lynda was an absolute dream to work with, and I truly cannot recommend 5 Daughters Design enough. From our very first conversation, Lynda was incredibly thoughtful, creative, and genuinely invested in bringing my wedding vision to life. Lynda designed all of our wedding florals and signage, and she was exceptionally hands-on throughout the entire planning process. We met several times over video call, where she took the time to walk through every detail imaginable, and even created mock-ups to help me visualize the overall look. She listened carefully to my design ideas, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made me feel completely confident that every element would come together beautifully for our wedding. One of the things that meant the most to me was Lynda’s willingness to incorporate sentimental flowers that was special to me and my family. That personal touch made the experience feel so much more meaningful. When I saw everything come together on our wedding day, I was absolutely blown away. The floral arrangements were stunning, the signage was beautifully designed, and every detail exceeded my expectations. Everything felt cohesive, elegant, and perfectly reflected the romantic, whimsical atmosphere we had envisioned. The flowers truly transformed our venue and played such a significant role in making our wedding day feel magical. The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Planning a wedding comes with many challenges, especially when you have a fiance with a K-1 visa. If you're like me, all of your planning is at the mercy of the immigration system. However, Alba was one of the people who made the process go smoothly! When I hired Alba as my florist, I told her about my San Francisco City Hall wedding and that I wanted smaller bouquets and boutonnieres, since there were only a few people coming to my wedding. I told her that I loved peonies and hydrangeas and my color palette and she created the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding! I hired Alba because she was communicative and flexible with dates, but I would honestly hired her again because of her immense creativity! When you plan a wedding, you need vendors that will make your life easier, not harder and Alba most assuredly made my life easier. When you plan a wedding in a short amount of time, it's hard to feel like a real bride. All I wanted were fresh flowers and nice pictures for my wedding day. Alba was one of the people who made me feel like a real bride who could enjoy her wedding day! Because I live further away, I met her halfway to pick up my flowers and it was easy transition, too. If you decide to hire Alba, just know you are working with professional, who is kind and immensely talented. Thank you again, Alba!
