Blooms By Devin is a Sacramento-based floral design studio creating modern, artful florals for weddings and celebrations throughout Northern California. At the heart of our work is a simple philosophy: our florals are Designed to Evoke Wonder. Rather than working from a standard catalog, we draw inspiration from your style, color palette, venue, and vision to create florals that feel distinctly yours. From sculptural bouquets and statement ceremony florals to elevated tablescapes and installations, every detail is thoughtfully considered. We believe wedding flowers should do more than decorate a space—they should create emotion, spark curiosity, and become part of what you and your guests remember long after the celebration.

Our approach is modern, elevated, and intentionally unexpected. We love interesting color palettes, movement, texture, sculptural shapes, and floral moments that make you stop and take a second look. Every wedding begins with the couple—not a predetermined aesthetic. We consider the entire visual experience, from how your bouquet photographs to how florals transform your venue, while finding thoughtful ways to repurpose designs and maximize your investment.     I truly cannot say enough good things about Blooms by Devin. His flowers are literally to die for. Every arrangement feels like a piece of art—luxurious, unique, beautifully curated, and somehow even more gorgeous in person. And they last an extraordinarily long time while maintaining their beauty (with a little love and some fresh vase water changes, of course!). But what makes Blooms by Devin even more special is Devin himself. He is genuinely one of the nicest, kindest, most authentic people you could meet. There’s nothing stuffy or pretentious about him or his work. He has this incredible ability to make everything feel so luxe while still being warm, approachable, and effortless. He is absolutely a florist to watch. I truly believe there will come a day, probably sooner rather than later, when you won’t be able to simply order a bouquet from Devin because he’ll be too busy creating florals for top events and clients. His talent is THAT special. If you have the opportunity to get flowers from Blooms by Devin now, do it. You’ll understand immediately why I’m such a fan. 💐✨

    Devin delivered to our church, (2) of the most beautiful pillars and flower arrangements with Dallas Cowboy colors that were admired by everyone. Devins work was a phenomenal reflection of the affordable, professional , elegance my family wanted to display at my Brothers celebration of life ceremony and his love for the Dallas Cowboys!
