“Historic Jasmine Wedding & Event Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding day! The communication with the venue was wonderful - they were very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. The venue itself was incredible, with lots of space for our wedding party to get ready and stay, and beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces for the ceremony and reception. Ashton, the owner, was amazing to work with and always responded quickly to our questions. We were able to visit the venue several times before the big day, which really helped us plan the perfect setup. On the day of, the staff was very accommodating and there for whatever we needed, but also gave us the space to do what we wanted. The venue is truly beautiful, and the owners were amazing throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue!”

As Virginia's only fully restored farm estate, Fairview Farm hosts a limited number of weekend weddings each year. Our goal is to provide a lasting memory for our couples and those closest to them. We focus on providing a relaxing, stress-free experience at our fully transformed farm which includes upscale rustic chic, multi-barn and farmhouse properties. The authentically designed upscale rustic chic reception barn and all-weather pavilion are decorated seasonally. There are multiple ceremony sites. Couples love that a relaxing, stress free, turnkey, all-inclusive wedding is possible for much less than a day only venue. Our Gold weekend includes an onsite stay for 15, Catering (100 est. allowance*), extensive Planning, DJ, Photography and more for $24,500 for 2027 reservations. Most upgrade to Platinum (40+guests).

The Estate at River Run offers a dream setting to host a variety of elegant affairs. High on a bluff towering over the James River, this exquisite Georgian Revival offers 16,000 square feet of opulence, built by Taylor and Parrish Construction from 1981-1987. This stately Georgian features an upper brick promenade surrounded by a limestone balustrade and opens to a double curved staircase to the lower terrace. The mansion's interior boasts extravagant architectural embellishment. Marble floors, ornamental cornices, plaster friezes, 18-foot columns with gilded Corinthian capitals, and custom crystal chandeliers please the eye from the onset. A Jeffersonian pool house with a hexagonal raised dome presides over a circular pool with bluestone terraces and a limestone balustrade. “We hosted a black-tie winter wedding (late February) with the Estate at River Run (ERR) and were blown away by the event. One of the biggest draws for us with ERR was the venue’s ability to accommodate both indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions with gorgeous locations for each. This allowed us to plan for an indoor ceremony but flex to an outdoor ceremony the week of the wedding to take advantage of good weather! Several months after our wedding we still have friends and family telling us how gorgeous the venue was! ERR did a wonderful job communicating during the planning process and ensuring we knew what they needed from us to host a successful event. The staff and security during the event were wonderful, the venue itself was an absolute fairytale for our wedding day. If you are looking for a venue that can host a black-tie event in central VA or the greater Richmond area, please consider ERR!”
