We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

Jesse and her team were amazing! We used them for month/day of coordination and photography of our wedding. I have nothing but great things to say about their work ethic, attention to detail, fast/clear communication and upbeat attitudes. Jesse was always there when I needed her and was fast to help me with any questions or needs I had. Jesse and Julia helped run my special day and they were on top of everything! Her work was fantastic - her and her team were thorough and efficient in every aspect. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Her, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed.
