Melissa Albano has been creating cakes for the last 30 years. It started with her watching her grandmother and being so intrigued she eventually started teaching herself the art of cake. She started out by making family cakes, eventually sharing them on social media. Within months a family business turned into a full time business. Cakes by Melissa has created artisinal cakes for the last 15 years. From H.S prom cupcakes, to a shed made for Tanglewood, to large corporate orders, to the most intricately designed wedding cake. It has been her passion for years, and shows in each and every cake or dessert she makes.

My name is Michelle Cardillo and I am a self taught baker with a background in government. I moved here from the North Shore of Boston almost 7 years ago. My, then boyfriend, now husband convinced me to move back home with him to this place I honestly never heard of before, The Berkshires. With not a lot of need for a former lobbyist out here I quickly shifted my after work hobby into ShellyCakes.

Marion's days as a toddler were her first in the kitchen, climbing to the countertop for culinary teachings from her grandmother Mamie Brougitte. Those lessons remain the main ingredient in what has turned into a married world of baking and art. Raised by artist parents in multicultural surroundings, Marion pulls her deepest inspiration from her roots. Whether that be the intricacies of delicate handmade French lace from her summers in France, to the bold Brazilian tiles of historic towns in Bahia where her father lived. Or even the refusal to use nothing but the best handmade ingredients from local produce makers.

Sugar Crystles is a wedding confectionery company in New Milford, CT. This budding bakery is owned and run by me, Crystle, and I am industry professional with years of cake-making in my repertoire. Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. I also specialize in gluten and dairy free. I will cater to any flavor or design of your choice. Cake tastings are also available

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. Mariela's Sweets was founded in 2021 by Jess, a 100% self-taught baker with a passion for the art of baking and entrepreneurship. She holds an MBA and an MS in Global Marketing Management. Behind the Name: Mariela is the name of Jessica's three-year-old daughter. "My goal is to empower Mariela by teaching her to be independent, strong, and courageous to follow her dreams ."-Jess

I am a small, one woman-operated home bakery that specializes in custom buttercream cakes and macarons for birthdays, engagement parties, and small weddings. I began as a cake artist in 2020 and have fallen in love with creating realistic buttercream flowers and piping vintage-style Lambeth cakes.

A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!
