What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. Enjoy our traditional flavors like Moo-Vee Butter or our signature Albany Mix (cheddar and caramel) or take it up a notch with Deathwish Coffee Mocha. We do it all.

We offer a unique twist on the average wedding favor--why not popcorn? We do DIY popcorn bars, favors, and gift baskets with the ability to customize your colors and flavors! Our team works directly with couples and caterers to find the perfect popcorn fit.

    What's Poppin Gourmet Popcorn was awesome! They did a great job with the favors for our wedding - the popcorn itself was tasty, the ordering process was easy, and the staff even matched the design and colors of the label with my invitation - communication was great and we were very happy with their service for our wedding favors.
