“Where do I even start? For 20 months, we worked with Hanna. She is hands down the best coordinator, planner, and content creator, and we are so happy we chose to work with her. We initially booked her for day-of coordination and content. From our very first meeting, I could tell how incredibly knowledgeable she was and that I could trust her. As we started planning, we quickly realized how helpful she was, so we upgraded to partial planning, which was one of the best decisions we made! She became such an invaluable resource throughout planning. No matter how many questions I had, she was always quick to respond, even outside of her normal hours. We had monthly meetings to make sure we were on track. She helped us with design decisions, recommended where to order things, and even shared discount codes. She also took certain tasks, such as designing our menus, completely off our hands. Hanna helped us book our last few vendors and took the lead on communicating with them. We also hired her for content for our rehearsal dinner. Although she was not in charge of planning it, she still offered to bring the welcome sign stand as well as tapered candles for more decoration. She also took pictures of us and our guests, which was really nice not having to worry about doing it ourselves, so we could be fully present. On our wedding day she brought the box stand for our signage, which was one less thing we had to worry about. Since she was doing content for our day, Kaylee and Melissa took over the coordination, and they did such a great job making sure everything was on track! Moments before walking down the aisle, I realized I forgot to reapply my lip gloss, and Melissa ran to get it for me in time. I was so grateful! The content she captured from our rehearsal dinner and wedding day was amazing! She got photos and videos back to us within 24 hours, which was so sweet to be able to relive those moments so soon after. Hanna genuinely went so above and beyond, and we are forever indebted to her. You will absolutely not regret working with her!”

We hired Alex's team to be our day-of coordinator, but she was always available to be our advocate or simply tell us we weren't crazy and that was in fact not the way things should be done when we ran into issues. On the wedding day, her team put out fires that we never needed to worry about and put in extra work after our wedding day while we were on our honeymoon advocating for us to resolve issues with vendors that didn't fulfill their commitment on our wedding day. Outside of the great work her team did on the day of the wedding, Alex was a huge support for both of us throughout the day just being a human that cared about us and not a wedding vendor that has a contractual obligation. “We shopped around a bit for a planner before landing on McKayla and her team over at Shaded Spruce Events. Even though we only booked the partial planning package, it felt as if we had a full planner on our side. McKayla made an effort to meet us on our level and elevate ALL of our ideas into a reality. McKayla took most of the logistical planning out of our hands, which allowed us to focus on the fun things. She also helped us settle on and refine the design of the event, and she gave really great ideas that we probably wouldn't have though of on our own. Her recommendations for vendors was also super helpful, and we were very pleased with the ones that we booked. She quickly figured out what we were looking for and how we operated and catered the planning to fit what we needed. With our package, we were also able to utilize a lot of additional decor and services that Shaded Spruce provides, which really added to the overall design of the event. On the big day, we didn't see much of McKayla and her team beyond what was needed, but we knew they were working hard to make the day perfect because the day went perfectly from our perspective! Not only did the event look perfect, we were also extremely satisfied with McKayla and her team's communication. We were always in the loop about what we needed to do and where we needed to be without it feeling overwhelming. At the end of the night, she handled the organization of the tear down, which allowed for the two of us to head out without having to worry about it. Overall, working with McKayla and her team was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking of getting a planner. We originally weren't going to get a DOC and have a couple family members help us but at the last minute we decided to just go for it and we could not have been happier. Until the day of, you don't realize how much running around there actually is and Sarah did all of that with ease. She kept us on time, made sure everything was set (we had about 150 guests), laid out all the decor and even helped break down at the end! Cannot recommend her enough. “Do yourself a favor and hire Dos Goats! I could not imagine wedding planning without them. From start to finish Adam and Christina were amazing to work with! The wedding industry today is super saturated and they were able to point us towards vendors that would be right for us so we didn’t have to sift through hundreds of options on our own.
