We selected a Tier 1 DJ package with them (their most basic), but since a Tier I DJ was not available on our date (after we had already signed the contract), they provided us with a Tier 2 DJ at no extra cost. Our DJ for the day, Darian, was enthusiastic, professional, and open to any questions or requests we had. The software we were given to fill out with our requests and our wedding timeline was very thorough. We had a call with Darian the week before the wedding to go over everything, and on the day of, we felt very comfortable that everyone was on the same page, and it would be a great day, and it was! We had multiple guests tell us after the reception that they loved the DJ’s song choices. We had a mixture of older and younger guests, and Darian really played something for everyone. All of our guests had a great time, and that was the most important thing to us. Overall, great service, affordable pricing compared to a lot of DJ services out there. Would recommend!”

We planned special entrances for each member of the bridal party, a surprise choreographed dance, and multiple speeches which he handled with ease. He also brought great lighting and photobooth, which was a hit with the guests. His prices were very reasonable while still delivering high quality service. “I will just start by saying that hiring the Franklin & Alison Music Band was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding on 5/18/24 at the Atrium of Tenafly! We received so many compliments from all the guests for the quality of the live band we had; and to our joy, the dance floor was always brimming with people. We happened upon the band’s website via The Knot’s suggested music provider list and absolutely loved their sample videos, songs, pictures, and testimonials. From the get go, Laraine was a pleasure to work with - always clear, on point with her answers, considerate, personable, and compassionate. We spoke at length via several phone calls and email exchanges about our history as a couple and our music preferences and then we met in person to go over all the details and narrow down the list of our favorite songs, She paid close attention to the pronunciation of names, nailed the parent dance song suggestions and the timing of the different reception activities. Then Laraine, Keith and the band did an amazing job at compiling an extremely successful playlist customized to our wedding. Katrice’s voice is stunning and so versatile, Sam was the perfect host, Keith was just so fun to chat with, and everyone in the band was just phenomenal! We all had a blast and I couldn’t recommend Franklin & Alison Music highly enough! Hands down the best decision ever!”
