An award winning photographer specializing in capturing and creating images of your once in a lifetime event 30 years of exploring the connection of others through my lens, plus countless awards, capturing your special day, your story is my insistent desire.

I learned early in my career that great wedding photography is not about the photographer, it is about you. Your experience, your energy, and your story come first. My role is to guide the day naturally, help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and capture moments as they genuinely unfold. With thoughtful planning and a deep understanding of people, I create images that feel effortless, authentic, and true to who you are. You should be able to enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the photos. I bring the experience, attention to detail, and calm presence so you can focus on celebrating with the people who matter most.

We believe that the most important part of your day is ALL OF IT! Our style is hands off and candid, however we think that formal portraits and pictures of details are just as crucial to telling the story of your day. We understand that every decision you make will be done so for a reason so we want to capture it all for you. We approach each wedding as if it were our family that was there celebrating. We want the happiness and love on your day to shine through in the photos because after everything is done, and years have gone by, your photos may be the only way to preserve the memory of the people you shared your happiest day with.

In addition to Wedding Photography, I'm a contract photographer for ZUMA Press and Everett Collection. I've been published in numerous publications and was a winner in PDN Magazine’s Ultimate Music Photo Contest – “Performance.” I have the experience and the passion that enables me to get the best photos. I try to capture the perfect moments of the wedding.

Photography, to me, is about seeing the beauty in every story-not just the picture-perfect moments. In my experience, I've learned to be patient, embrace the unexpected, and appreciate the little moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. I bring that perspective into every session. Whether your day is perfectly planned or beautifully unpredictable, I'm there to capture it authentically, with patience and heart.

I've been a professional wedding and portrait photographer since 2007. My favorite thing about weddings??? It's THAT moment. It's different at every single wedding. But it's the moment when a tingle runs down my spine because I know I just caught a photo that is epically special. And I know that my clients are going to absolutely melt when they see *that* photo. When I'm not taking photos, you'll find me wandering through the woods or thrift stores (my two favorite places), eating way too much dark chocolate (my greatest love), or tending to my ever-increasingly large family of plants (I may have a real problem).
