When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

What is there to say other than without Marissa, there would have been no wedding. Joshua Tree has a reputation of being hot- and April is typically mild. NOT ON OUR WEDDING DAY! 40 degrees with wind chill with a wind SO strong that literally almost nothing would stay up (and it was completely outdoors). This girl jumped in to action and made sure that even with the craziest wind, we still had a *stunning* wedding reception. The flowers were picturesque- matching the venue, the bride and the groom to a T. All the smaller details on tables and the use of various pieces made the wedding pop in ways that as an artist and a bride, I will never forget. The colors, the choice of flowers, being able to jump to fix almost ANY situation on the fly- this girl has a PLAN and then she has at least 4-5 more in case those don't work out. She's an expert in all of it because she's been working in the wedding industry for almost a decade- planning, doing flowers, doing CAKES, running it.. the list goes on and on. She's the ONLY person I would ever want by my side for any of this and she made our day absolutely perfect even when everything we had plan for had only one enemy- wind.

Monica helped plan and execute my October wedding in the Santa Ynez Valley and we could have been happier with the entire experience. She was our wedding coordinator starting about 6-8 weeks ahead of the wedding, although she started working with us a few months out to make sure we selected vendors and contracts with the right details in mind. She understood our vision and the vibe we wanted for the day and TOTALLY delivered. She also did our flowers, and they were stunning. Monica ensured the wedding setup and day of schedule went off without a hitch. She worked so hard the day before and day of - especially on the tablescapes, which I had told her I cared a lot about. I have worked with Claire for over 8 years at multiple venues and seen her shine doing what she loves. There is not a single detail that will go unnoticed with her in charge. Weddings are second nature to her and she is careful to address all logistics beginning to end. Every couple who has hired her as a coordinator loves her and feels as if she is their best friend the day of. She goes above and beyond and will assist with everything she possibly can including (but not limited to) creating and following a sensible timeline, clear communication between vendors and couple family / wedding party, bustling dresses, bringing her emergency supply kit in case ANY unexpected incident should arise, and will manage the day without the client even knowing what is happening behind the scenes.
