Hummingbird Hall was the perfect place for our wedding. The photos are gorgeous but the warmth and atmosphere really have to be experienced in person to fully appreciate. Walking down the aisle felt magical! After the ceremony we did cocktail hour/apps in the lower level, dinner in the backyard, and we rearranged the ceremony space for a dance floor while my brother in law played music on the stage. We had 65 guests which felt just right for the space but it could definitely accommodate more (if using the backyard or upstairs/main level for dinner. I’ve seen several photos of groups having dinner in the lower level but that would have been very tight for our group) Diana was incredibly easy to work with, as were her recommended vendors (shoutout Boots & Barrel bartending and Dash of Darling rentals!) She was very accommodating when it came to any extra requests I had, and when the weather started acting up she was very flexible and let us set up our event tent early. Overall, we had a great experience and hope to have another event there someday!!

I cannot recommend Trout Lake Hall enough for your wedding. Trout Lake Hall stands out in their ability to make your wedding as easy as possible. Their turnkey offering reduces the stress of wedding planning by taking off your plate the need to find vendors for everything. You’ve got the ceremony, dinner, and party with food options, drink options, flexible coordinator support, florist, chairs, sound system in house and band recommendations all at a very reasonable price. We were so pleased with how our day went and this is hugely attributed to Dana and the Trout Lake Hall team. Multiple guests volunteered that this was the best wedding they’d ever been to and that would not have been possible without the Trout Lake Hall team. We had some curveballs with weather but Dana helped us navigate this and at the end of the day our guests didn’t even notice that adjustments had been made because it was all still so seamless. Trust Dana (coordinator), Ray (food and drinks), and Tiara (florist), the results will be amazing.
