Spenser was thorough in what he needed supplied from us and we were able to get the right electrical needs for both his sound system and the two arcade tables we rented. He also was such a fun personality to have around and added so much to the party! We have so many great photos of everyone up and dancing due to his skill of keeping things fun! He did a great job following our timeline and was very helpful in adding to it as needed when we weren't sure how to schedule things such as first dance, cake cutting and parental dances. We had aunts and uncles that I've NEVER seen dance, out on the floor tearing it up!You would not regret hiring this company! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). “The Music Boutique was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Scott was extremely helpful and responsive, and always providing us with great ideas, suggestions, and guidance to make our day special. We had a duo playing for our ceremony and during the cocktail hour and then we had a small 3 person band playing for our reception. And it was the perfect amount of people. We had spoken to some other bands and they all kept saying we need some big band for the reception, but since we were having less than 100 people at the wedding, we didn’t think it made sense to have like a 10 person band, it just seemed like it would overwhelm the whole wedding. And we knew we wanted a band component since my father plays guitar and I had a feeling would want to play a song at some point. Then we spoke with Scott, he seemed to understand our vision of having a small band. He loved the idea of my father playing a song, and made suggestions on when was the perfect time for him to play, and even laughed along with our idea of playing “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire, over and over again, since we were getting married on “the 21st night of September” (we did not do this)! The day of the band was amazing! They even took the time to learn our first dance song, which was a fairly unknown track, and played it beautifully, and surprised us with playing it. Since we thought it was just going to be a recorded version of the song. That was very special to us! And they were more than happy to let my dad play his song to us. Overall, the band's performance was lively and engaging, and they kept our guests dancing all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better band to help make our wedding celebration so memorable, and couldn’t have done it with Scott!”

“Joseph and Erika truly MADE our wedding. Music was one of my big things to nail for the day and I am SO GLAD I found and chose these two. Their communication style was efficient, kind, personable, accommodating, and responsive, and the quality of their work was nothing short of talented, unique, perfect, and passionate. They allowed my bridesmaid to sing the first dance/acoustic singalong at the end, had the crowd BUMPING all night but especially during their last performance. They also curated the folk music of my dreams during cocktail hour. As an aside, I've been to so many weddings with microphone issues during vows and the sound systems and microphone settings were also super on point. It's a small detail but a great one to trust to get right! Do yourself a HUGE favor and book them- my guests and I will never stop raving about them!!”

From the first consultation call to the day of the event, Brendan was so easy to communicate with, and so flexible with our requests! We used his planning app to create a custom playlist which made the night so fun! He smoothly transitioned song to song which is something that I really appreciate! He had everyone dancing all night long! We also opted to have the Photo Booth at our wedding! It was a HIT! Everyone had so much fun taking photos, the quality of the photos was also so impressive!
