    “We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding singer. The music during our outdoor ceremony was absolutely beautiful and created such a special atmosphere for us and our guests. Our first dance song was performed perfectly and made the moment even more memorable.     Ashley was great!!

    Ashley Hensel was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Her communication during the planning process was clear and responsive, which made everything feel organized and stress-free. On our wedding day, she absolutely nailed it—she had this incredible ability to read the room and play exactly what our guests wanted to hear, keeping the energy high and the dance floor packed. Ashley brought a level of professionalism and talent that you can tell comes from real experience, but she never felt stiff or overly formal.     Amazing performer

    Ceremony and Cocktail Hour

    My husband and I hired Ashley to play both our ceremony and our cocktail hour at our wedding in Boston in October 2025. Ashley played the guitar and sang at our ceremony, and played the piano and sang at our cocktail hour. If I could give Ashley 1000 stars I would!!! We had a formal black tie wedding, and it was important to us to offer our guests a black tie experience. Ashley was one of the first vendors we hired, our wedding planner found her, and from the start, Ashley was willing to work with us on our creative ideas, learning new songs that we held dear to our hearts, even customizing a song for me to walk down the aisle to… she had everyone in happy tears hearing her beautiful voice walk me down the aisle. Both my wedding planner and I said on multiple occasions how amazing Ashley was to work with. If you’re thinking of hiring her, do not hesitate, do it. We went to see Ashley play live at a much more casual setting prior to our wedding and I can honestly say her diversity in being able to deliver a vibe in both a casual, fun, upbeat setting, all the way to setting the tone for a formal, moody, glowing black tie wedding just blew us away. Thank you Ashley for EVERYTHING.

Whether it’s a favorite love song, a family tradition, or just something that gives you that special feeling, I take pride in bringing your vision to life through music that feels personal and unforgettable.
I do! I provide a curated setlist of over 600 songs for you to browse and choose from—spanning everything from pop, rock, soul, Motown, country, and jazz to indie and timeless classics. You'll find artists like Adele, Stevie Wonder, Ed Sheeran, Etta James, Elvis, The Beatles, Taylor Swift, Elton John, and so many more. Whether you’re envisioning something upbeat and fun or slow and romantic, there’s something for every moment of your day—and I’m always happy to help you narrow it down based on the vibe you want.
I typically arrive 45–60 minutes before start time, which gives me plenty of time to set up, sound check, and ensure everything is running smoothly. I coordinate directly with your venue staff or day-of contact so you don’t have to worry about a thing—no extra texts or questions on your big day. It's my job to make the music feel seamless, stress-free, and exactly how you pictured it.
I dress to match the tone of your day—whether it’s black tie, beachy, or somewhere in between. As part of our contract, I ask about the expected attire so I can show up in a way that complements your vision. I’ve even coordinated with wedding color themes to blend in with the wedding party—whatever helps make your day feel cohesive and special!
Yes—I carry full liability insurance through Insurance Canopy. My policy includes $1 million in coverage per occurrence and $2 million in aggregate coverage, with protection for both personal injury and property damage. I’m happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request, and I always coordinate directly with your venue to ensure everything is covered and compliant—so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
