Andante Strings
We are Andante Strings, a Connecticut-based music ensemble providing beautiful music for special events in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. We primarily perform at wedding ceremonies but can also enhance a cocktail hour, private party, memorial service, or other gathering. We will happily work with you to ensure your musical needs are met.
Planning a special event involves many moving parts! The Best Violinist ️
From our first conversation, Andante Strings proved to be quick and clear communicators who understood exactly what we were looking for. Magical Ceremony Guests Won't Forget
Andante Strings was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was timely, clear, and showed a true understanding of our needs. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helping us craft the perfect musical experience for our special day. The quality of their performance was truly romantic and dreamy, with a sound that was both pleasing and classical. They played a memorable rendition of "Gangsta's Paradise" as our wedding party entered, and even learned a custom song, "Cover Me Up" by Morgan Wallen, for when I walked down the aisle. Beautiful Ceremony Music!
Having Adante Strings, Dana play the violin at our wedding ceremony was absolutely magical. The music created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere, adding the perfect touch to our special day. Amazing Communication & Planning
Wow, Shannon was fantastic to work with! She walked my husband and I through the entire process of selecting music for our ceremony, and confirmed all details with us a few times leading up to our wedding. I felt completely at ease throughout the planning process. My only regret - not being able to hear more of their wonderful music on our wedding day. As the bride, I didn't get to the ceremony site until moments before going down the aisle!
