Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. It is clear by working with Drew how much he loves his job and how much he cares about the couples he works with. He got the crowd going, the dance floor was always packed and he invited the couple up to DJ booth which was so fun for them and also amazing for pictures. If you are looking for a DJ who cares, gets the dance floor going and is easy to work with, BEG Event Group is it. I will be recommending them to all my clients!”

“Justing was a fantastic DJ! We gave him a short list of must-plays then let him do the rest, and he was great at reading the room and playing what the people wanted. He took requests from guests if they fit the vibe and was totally okay saying no too which is exactly what we wanted. We even had some guests asking for his playlist before the night was over. He brought tons of speakers and lights, and even some wireless speakers to play the same music in multiple rooms, including outside on the deck for cocktail hour. Everything went off without a hitch. We also got the photo booth add-on which ended up getting a ton of use and people loved it. Sawyer was manning the booth and 5 stars to him as well!”

Music can really make or break the day and Joseph and Erika 100% made the day! They did amazing live cocktail hour music, then sang for half of dinner, then continued with amazing DJ’d music for the other half and dancing! They also offered live singing for first and parent dances which was amazing! It seriously is the music you dream of at a wedding. They use the easiest app Vibo to talk through what you do and don’t want played and they add in their amazing flare! I talked with Erika about what I was hoping for and she was able to give advice and remix everything perfectly! It can be hard to capture and post a photo of the vibe Joseph and Erika created for us, but I tried! Joseph joined us on the dance floor with his guitar and then we ended singing Piano man together! “Everything about Fusion Function was great. Sidney gave us personalized attention in our initial planning meeting and selected the perfect DJ (DJ Lavish) for our event. They use a comprehensive planning tool where you can link or input all the songs you want to play, but more importantly to us, DJ Lavish listened to what kind of vibes we wanted at each stage of the wedding and made sure to achieve it. “Chris was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was spot on-he always responded to my emails, meetings were insanely easy to schedule, and I never once questioned whether I could rely on him. He was prompt, trustworthy, and just easy to work with. We had a live violinist for our ceremony who needed backing tracks, and Chris coordinated all of the audio directly with her. I honestly couldn't even tell you the logistics of how they worked it out because I didn't have to be involved, which was exactly what I wanted. Everything between the two of them was seamless. Cocktail hour and dinner music were perfect. He used our playlists, handled every announcement we threw at him, and our entrances and transitions were seamless. We had different songs for our parents, wedding party, and our entrance, followed by our first dance and parent dances, and he nailed all of it. The biggest accolade Chris deserves was our first dance. We wanted two different versions of the same song mixed together at a VERY specific point, and Chris literally mixed them live at exactly the time we requested. It was perfect. We were also very intentional about our dance music. We had a playlist and specifically told Chris that guests could not request additional songs unless they got approval from one of us first. He stuck to that and turned people away when they tried, which I appreciated SO much. He played the majority of our playlist and kept the vibe we wanted all night. There were a few songs we had intentionally added that didn't get played, so I individually requested them, which solved the problem in real-time. That's genuinely my only constructive feedback. He also knows when NOT to talk. He didn't over-emcee. He made announcements when we needed them and otherwise let the music speak for itself. We added the audio guestbook through him as well; it worked perfectly, and I believe we had all of the recordings back within 48 hours. Chris is an overall great guy. He stayed around after the wedding and talked with us for a bit, and after working with him throughout the entire planning process, I can confidently say he is someone I would trust with a wedding again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. “DJ Dana did our wedding on 8/31/24 and we highly recommend him! He took into account my wedding playlists, and knew when to play the right songs. It took a lot of stress out of our day. He was very early, and set up with plenty of time to spare. His speaker system and microphones for toasts worked great. He brought his own lights to add to the party and even added some to our sweetheart table to spice it up! He was very thoughtful, and even sang us L-OV-E by Nat King Cole very tastefully and casually while people were finishing dinner. Highly recommend… thank you DJ Dana!”

“I was blown away by the talent of the musicians, they really take their craft seriously. I requested a Roaring Twenties theme from Louis Pettinelli and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The singer Karlea was phenomenal and did an amazing job of keeping our guests engaged and entertained. The musicians were all courteous, professional, and exceptionally talented. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. I highly recommend this group for your wedding.”
