“Joseph and Erika played a huge part in how special our wedding day was. We genuinely enjoyed every single part of working with them, from the beginning stages including them hearing our vision and vibe for the wedding, during the planning and using the app which made outlining our event and plans so easy, to the event itself where they really engaged all of our guests and got the party going. Even though we had a brunch wedding, Joseph and Erika helped it feel like we were "dancing the night away!" We had so many of our guests immediately after the wedding and for weeks after comment on what talented and amazing musicians Joseph and Erika are and how fun they helped to make our reception. We loved that they included both live renditions of all of our favorite songs as well as had a killer DJ playlist. Definitely don't miss out on the sing along songs. This duo is so easy to work with and they were so gracious when we fumbled a little on the timing of our event and added an additional hour only to their set only weeks before the wedding. All to say, we are just so grateful we found Joseph and Erika! They are gems.”

From the first phone call, DJ Tavo's excitement and attention to detail was top tier. DJ Buono helped sculpt our ENTIRE reception & even gave us the idea to have dinner become more of a performance with our violinist. They immediately welcomed her into the mix and it made for the BEST time!! You would have thought she worked with them nightly. This was an elegant night out in Boston meets IBIZA!! We could barely sit still to eat because we were all dancing in our seats!! I have never seen guests rush the dance floor like this. (& I've once been to 13 weddings in a single year) To the point, we had to tell some of them to sit down so we could do parent dances!! People literally could not wait to start dancing/celebrating!! We cannot believe this was our WEDDING!!! & it wouldn't have been the same without Black Diamond Event Production! People are still messaging us to say this was the best wedding they've ever been to! Not only is this team so talented that it is almost out of this world, they are also good people. People you'd want sitting at your table, people you'd want in your corner, and people you will want to keep in touch with forever. “Denise is amazing! During our DJ search for our wedding, my (now) husband and I came across Denise very early in our search. And I’m so happy that we did! Faced with the fact that we needed to find someone who would get (and keep) both of our dance-happy families on the dance floor, it was daunting to find the perfect fit for us and for the celebration to follow. We had to rely heavily on reviews to narrow down our search…but that only gets you so far when you want to feel the energy. In a leap of faith, we reached out to Denise. After that first meeting, we never looked back! It was easy to just spend time talking to Denise. She was our hype-lady from day one, working with our schedules from planning to the meticulous execution of the wedding day. She was patient with our indecisiveness on which instrumental version of our procession song we wanted (weeks of samples, back and forth, and for us to ultimately pick the first version she shared). As a planner, I very much appreciated Denise’s attention to detail. She combed through every detail with us well beforehand, so that she didn’t have any questions the day of the wedding. “John is an amazing DJ . Having him from the moment we chose him to the day of our wedding having the monthly check ins really helped make the process easier. One thing we really loved is he played all our request. He worked around our schedule, using video chat to finalize everything was great ! He has his own website accommodated to you where you can add any music you want through YouTube etc worked out well with our wide variety of genres our guests liked. Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. “Chris was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was spot on-he always responded to my emails, meetings were insanely easy to schedule, and I never once questioned whether I could rely on him. He was prompt, trustworthy, and just easy to work with. We had a live violinist for our ceremony who needed backing tracks, and Chris coordinated all of the audio directly with her. I honestly couldn't even tell you the logistics of how they worked it out because I didn't have to be involved, which was exactly what I wanted. Everything between the two of them was seamless. Cocktail hour and dinner music were perfect. He used our playlists, handled every announcement we threw at him, and our entrances and transitions were seamless. We had different songs for our parents, wedding party, and our entrance, followed by our first dance and parent dances, and he nailed all of it. The biggest accolade Chris deserves was our first dance. We wanted two different versions of the same song mixed together at a VERY specific point, and Chris literally mixed them live at exactly the time we requested. It was perfect. We were also very intentional about our dance music. We had a playlist and specifically told Chris that guests could not request additional songs unless they got approval from one of us first. He stuck to that and turned people away when they tried, which I appreciated SO much. He played the majority of our playlist and kept the vibe we wanted all night. There were a few songs we had intentionally added that didn't get played, so I individually requested them, which solved the problem in real-time. That's genuinely my only constructive feedback. He also knows when NOT to talk. He didn't over-emcee. He made announcements when we needed them and otherwise let the music speak for itself. We added the audio guestbook through him as well; it worked perfectly, and I believe we had all of the recordings back within 48 hours. Chris is an overall great guy. He stayed around after the wedding and talked with us for a bit, and after working with him throughout the entire planning process, I can confidently say he is someone I would trust with a wedding again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!”

“We were so lucky to have Jack play guitar during our wedding ceremony. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful. His easygoing, calm personality immediately put us at ease, which meant so much during the planning process and on the day itself. After a quick conversation, he immediately understood the exact vibe we were hoping for and executed it flawlessly. The instrumental rendition of Taylor Swift’s Invisible String that I walked down the aisle to was absolutely beautiful—truly one of my favorite moments of the day. He also played live music as guests were finding their seats and during the processional, which set such a warm, intimate tone for the entire ceremony. Beyond being insanely talented, he has an extensive knowledge of music and is skilled enough to play just about any song you can imagine. His playing elevated our ceremony in a way that felt personal, emotional, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for a ceremony musician who is reliable, collaborative, and incredibly gifted, I cannot recommend Jack highly enough. We’re so grateful we had him as part of our day!”

DJ was good, knew what songs to play, when to play them, and played the ones I wanted. And the emcee was awesome, funny & easily able to get people involved in whatever!! We also rented a Photo Booth through DJ Double E and it was a HUGE hit!! They’re awesome and I would totally book them again!”

“DJ Dana did our wedding on 8/31/24 and we highly recommend him! He took into account my wedding playlists, and knew when to play the right songs. It took a lot of stress out of our day. He was very early, and set up with plenty of time to spare. His speaker system and microphones for toasts worked great. He brought his own lights to add to the party and even added some to our sweetheart table to spice it up! He was very thoughtful, and even sang us L-OV-E by Nat King Cole very tastefully and casually while people were finishing dinner. Highly recommend… thank you DJ Dana!”
