The Talented Photographer was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, Alec's communication style was fun, professional, and incredibly personable. He had a true passion for his craft that shone through in every interaction. The quality of Alec's work was absolutely stunning - we got a wonderful variety of candids, formal shots, and editorial-style pictures that captured all the special moments of our day. Alec has an incredible eye for the right shots, and the final photos are absolutely gorgeous. Despite a complicated location schedule that I was worried about, Alec made the whole day seamless, traveling to over 4 different spots to ensure we got all the groupings and special shots we wanted. Hi, I’m Isaac. In my world, light is everything. The cool ambient hues at dawn, hinting at what the day may bring. Golden sun rays catching particles through a tree as friends gathers to celebrate. A Cotton candy sunset peppered by patio string-lights as a DJ plays my favorite song. We all have timeless memories logged in our minds. For me, they are based in a language of light. As a wedding photographer, this deep connection to special lighting helps me produce dynamic visual stories of romance, personality and beauty.

Awarded Best of Zola
From the moment we met Isaac, we knew we were in the best hands. He has an incredibly calming presence and a natural way of making you feel comfortable, which meant we were able to be fully present on our wedding day. Our Sonoma farm wedding unfolded with a gorgeous outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner reception, followed by music and festivities in the barn. Isaac captured every moment with such artistry and intention. The images feel effortless yet elevated as every frame tells a story, from quiet, emotional moments to the joy and movement of our guests celebrating into the night. The photographs from our first dance in the barn truly took our breath away. The way Isaac used the natural light, textures of the wood, and atmosphere of the space made the images feel cinematic and timeless. Working with Isaac was seamless, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely joyful. Looking through our gallery feels like reliving the day exactly as it felt. The images are beautiful, emotional, and full of life. We are endlessly grateful for his vision and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone dreaming of a wedding that feels both authentic and artfully captured.

I have been a photographer for 8 years. Throughout my time as a photographer I’ve captured clothing, models, and memories. I shifted from corporate shootings to families and weddings because it gave me this warm fuzzy feeling when I edited my couples and families photos. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me and ask about my photography style, my editing style, or my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend scheduling a free consulting session!

It was such a pleasure to have Grace as our photographer throughout this wedding journey. We had her shoot our engagement photos (which we loved!) in addition to our wedding. She was very communicative. From the very beginning, she was clear on pricing. She would always work with my schedule when setting up meetings to go over timelines. She even went over every photo with me after the engagement shoot to make sure that we’re all exactly what I was envisioning. On our wedding day she literally went above and beyond for us as well. She brought an assistant with her, as well as some great props and florals to be used in the photos. She did an amazing job sticking with my detailed timeline, getting photos at every location I wanted on property, and did a great job corralling our families during cocktail hour and giving firm and efficient directions so we could get the pictures quickly and they could get back to the fun. She is very knowledgeable about lighting and posing. Thank you so much Grace!

Hello there! I'm Andrea, owner of Amative Creative, and every weekend we're so blessed to be able to tell the love stories of so many amazing couples. Like many others in this industry might say, we simply adore weddings. But what makes us a little different is our entire brand is centered around telling love stories specifically curated to reflect your vision and aesthetic. "Amative" means to be prone to love, so as you can see, we want nothing more than to tell your love story! But what makes us truly unique is that we understand every love story looks different. And we personalize every aspect of how we document your wedding day!

We had a great experience with Amative Creative for our wedding! One thing that really made them stand out was that they offer so many different editing styles to choose from, so we were able to pick exactly the look we wanted. They also got our photos back to us super quickly—about a week after the wedding—which was such a nice surprise. The photos turned out beautiful and they captured all the big moments and some great candid shots. I especially love how cool the dance floor shots turned out. We received tons of compliments on the pictures! Highly recommend!

Big fan of dive bars, staring at the stars, forever searching for the best french fries, a blissfully cold Diet Coke, and a true midwestern why fly it's only 15 hours. You'll find me often traveling, spending time in nature, collecting rocks and shopping for vintage t-shirts. I love carefree messy in between moments, photographing my daily life on polaroids and film. I've lived a lot of places (Arizona, Arkansas, and Puerto Rico to name a few!) and have so many places that I treasure and feel at home.

When I was in the throes of wedding planning over a year ago, I was reaching out to vendors and putting payments down for June 2, 2024, and was crossing my fingers my deployed fiancé would even be able to attend, thanks to his unpredictable schedule. Amidst the stress (and borderline panic attacks!!) I was having because of that, I was also receiving a lieu of impersonal emails with quotes from photographers. When I got the email back from Jessica, she was the only one who answered with excitement and personality, and gave me a sense that this was supposed to be FUN. All this wedding planning was a very lucky sort of stress, and she didn’t make me feel like I was just some box to check off in her inbox— she was personable and friendly, and I liked her immediately. For the course of the year, Jessica and I kept up with eachother with texts, messages, and Instagram— and I felt like she was already a friend when June arrived. Even after her 12 hour journey to Virginia, she was full of energy and ready to go. She helped adjust some coordination timelines and caught things that I otherwise wouldn’t have. She hung out with my rambunctious family all weekend, witnessing our love and laughter, WIDE range of personalities, and even some sisterly tiffs. Honestly, she whole-heartedly became part of our crew. She ran everything past me when it came to details. Duke and I are not people who are comfortable in front of a camera, and I LOVED having her specifically tell us what to do to look good, while still feeling incredibly relaxed and natural around her. Duke and I kept saying she had Jedi powers the way she was able to flip cameras, batteries and equipment seamlessly. I’m writing this while in the airport leaving our honeymoon, and not only did Duke and I, and our families fall in love with Jessica— I still have guests reaching out to me via text to tell me how they hit it off with her on their own, how impressed they were with her ethic, or how they loved pictures from our sneak peek (eeeek!) I am not a girl who naturally feels pretty or comfortable in front of a camera. Jessica gave me the gift of finally experiencing both of those things on our special day. I felt beautiful and at ease. She captured the bridal portraits that I hope my great grandkids will put in their family tree projects for school one day, some of Dukes family and mine meeting for the first time, friends dancing, and our grandparents mingling and giving us their love. Duke and I knew our big white wedding would be our one chance to have everyone we love in one place. We are well aware of the rarity in that, and the fact that we don’t have much longer with some of those people we love. We’re well aware that these are the photos Duke and I will be looking at with our grandchildren when we’re old and grey, thinking about “the good ol’ days.” These photos are all we will have left one day of the people we love so fiercely, and these versions of ourselves. We will endlessly be grateful for Jessica of her effort and the labor that went into photographing a weekend like ours. She captured every single aspect of us and those we love, and above all us, gave us the gift of memory. 3 Faith and Duke

Lena Turner Photos LLC was the perfect wedding photographer for us. Their communication style was easy, comfortable, flexible, and they were true problem solvers. The quality of their work was simply wonderful. The memories we have are just beautiful, dreamy, and truly unforgettable. There were fires where close to my family’s land we wanted to get married, so my husband and I decided it would be safest to have the ceremony at the reception area which was a hour away. But it was so important to me to get ready at my family cabin, and Lena made the timeline work for every scenario! I could not have imagined my wedding day without her - she captured everything so perfectly. Lena answered any and every question I had and never once made me feel like I was silly or being a bridezilla. She was so easy to work with, and I couldn't recommend her enough!

I strive to create beautiful portraits, but also a lasting relationship with my couples. When you book with us, you are not just a client, you become part of the JYP family! I am honored to have the opportunity to laugh…to cry…to share your love story.

Where do I even start? Jessica is probably hands down the easiest person we worked with on our wedding. We unintentionally scheduled our wedding on Mother's day and this was obviously an important day for her, but she worked with us anyway. She worked through our foolishness (my husband and I are incapable of being serious in most situations), and often would join in on the fun. She also provided a schedule of events which was incredibly helpful for me as I had no idea what I was doing. Jessica is an amazing photographer, but that is not really the best quality here. She is an amazing person all around and I highly recommend her!

I'm just an Okie from Muskogee... Actually I and my business partners are from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since 2010 We have been on a mission to tell your love story one wedding at a time. We pride ourselves on quality and customer service!

Justin and our second shooter (can’t remember his name!) were on top of photography throughout the whole day. They were discrete and also good at guidance and direction. We added a second shooter that was affordable and was open to helping with other things besides just the photography (fetched items for the groom). For the quality and quantity of photos we received, the price was very reasonable. They got a large amount of photos throughout the entire day. The one con was that the couples portraits seemed rushed, and we wish we had more time for that. Otherwise we had a fantastic day and would 100% trust them to capture our special memories again.
