Cambridge Boat Club is a social and rowing club, located on the banks of the Charles River overlooking Eliot Bridge. Originally built in 1909, CBC was picked up in its entirety and rolled upstream to its current location in 1947, to make room for the building of Memorial Drive. The Huntington Theatre is a 739-seat proscenium-style theatre, regularly used for performances and events. On the second floor of the west wing, is the Maso Studio, a fully convertible black box space, with a maximum seating capacity of 227. When the air hits each floor, it is filtered again through a MERV 13 filter at the floor distribution boxes.
