Amazing Experience!
We had our wedding at The Villa in the tent on September 19th, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The entire year of planning was such a smooth process, and so much of that was because of Caroline Nord. From our very first conversations, Caroline was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She was always available to answer questions, talk through details, and help us navigate all of the decisions that come with planning a wedding. We always felt like we could reach out to her, and she made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. She was genuinely invested in making sure our day was exactly what we wanted, and we really appreciated how much care and attention she gave us throughout the entire year. When our wedding day finally arrived, everything came together perfectly. The venue was absolutely beautiful! The food was outstanding, the staff was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. Christie was especially wonderful the day of and was constantly checking in, making sure everything was running smoothly, and taking care of the little details so we didn't have to worry about anything. From the planning process with Caroline to the incredible service on our wedding day, The Villa gave us such an amazing experience. We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process, and our wedding was everything we hoped it would be. We are so grateful to the entire Villa team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning their wedding!

Affordable and Amazing Venue for Large weddings
My husband and I are absolutely ecstatic with our experience at the Villa! We had a 175 person wedding at the grand ballroom with ceremony in the gardens outside. The facility and gardens were amazing, perfect for photos and handled the size of our wedding with ease. The dance floor was big enough to accommodate our big dancing crowd! Working with the staff at Villa, from the sales manager to our Event Producer Emma McGrath, we felt supported throughout our journey. They had helpful planning documents and meetings and all our questions and concerns were promptly answered. We couldn't be more happy with how we were treated on the big day and the event flowed flawlessly. Their pricing was also second to none in the area for an event as large as ours! I will remember our wedding day as the best day of my life and the Villa played a huge role in that!

Amazing Wedding Venue!!
Our wedding in The Tent was absolutely gorgeous and The Villa did an amazing job bringing our dream wedding to life. They were responsive to every question and concern we had during planning, which made the whole process feel stress-free. The venue itself is stunning, and their organized approach meant our ceremony and reception flowed seamlessly from start to finish. The food was honestly incredible—our guests couldn't stop talking about it—and everything tasted as good as it looked. The staff took care of every detail so we could just enjoy our wedding. We'd recommend The Villa to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a team that really has their act together. Special shout-out to our Event Producer, Jocelyn! We could not have done it without her!

The Tent @ The Villa at Ridder Country Club was my only non-negotiable for our wedding—it was my dream venue and it absolutely delivered. From the start, their team stayed on top of everything with multiple meetings to nail down every detail, from the big picture down to the small stuff as our day got closer. Caroline, our event coordinator, kept everything running smooth, and Rebecca, our bridal attendant, was always there whenever I needed her. The tent itself was stunning with soaring ceilings, a gorgeous chandelier, and a beautiful dance floor that kept our guests dancing all night. Their private bar setup made everything feel elevated and special. The venue transformed our vision into reality and made our wedding feel truly magical. I only have good things to say about this amazing place and the staff who work there. Also … cupcake tower, need I say more??
