Flawless Experience and Exceptional Service
We had our wedding at The Lenox Hotel on October 18, 2025, and I can honestly say it was the most magical day we could have ever imagined — all thanks to Katie Hellman and the incredible Lenox team. From the very beginning, Katie made the entire planning process feel so seamless and stress-free. She is truly exceptional at what she does — organized, patient, and unbelievably kind. You can tell instantly that she genuinely loves her job and cares deeply about each couple she works with. Katie guided us through every step with warmth and professionalism, answering every question (and there were many!) with enthusiasm and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life perfectly — from the flow of the day to the timing of every little detail. The staff at The Lenox were equally amazing — friendly, attentive, and made our guests feel so well taken care of throughout the entire weekend. We also had our engagement photos taken at The Lenox, which made everything feel so full circle. The timeless charm of the hotel, the beautiful architecture, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created the perfect backdrop — both for that special moment and again on our wedding day. It’s such a meaningful place to us now, and we’ll always cherish the memories we’ve made there. Our wedding day itself was absolutely flawless. Everything ran so smoothly that we were able to be completely present and just soak in every moment. It truly felt effortless, and that’s entirely due to Katie and the Lenox team’s incredible coordination and care. It was a day we wish we could relive over and over again, and we’ll forever be grateful to Katie and everyone at The Lenox for making our dream wedding a reality. If you’re considering The Lenox for your wedding — do it. You’ll be in the best hands imaginable.
Beautiful, organized and reasonably priced!
The team at the Lenox Hotel was incredibly organized and responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. Emilee, our coordinator, was personable and made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. The venue space was perfect for the size of our wedding, and we were able to utilize all the different areas they had to offer, including the afterparty and brunch the following day. Their adaptability to any last-minute changes was greatly appreciated, and we felt they provided excellent value. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue experience.
Have Your Wedding at the Lenox!
Three months later, and our wedding reception @lenoxhotel still feels like a dream! We could not have picked a better venue. The entire Lenox team were such pros, especially Taylor, who helped us every step of the way and made the planning and night-of so easy. Impeccable and friendly service, an historic and beautiful setting, and delicious food. What more could you ask for?!
Best Decision We Made!!
We had our wedding at The Lenox Hotel, and it was truly the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. They took care of every detail — nothing was overlooked — and their thoughtfulness and professionalism made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Kaite Hellmann was an absolute dream to work with. She supported us every step of the way with warmth, responsiveness, and genuine care. On the day of the wedding, everything ran like clockwork. The execution was flawless — from the timeline to the setup — and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The food was phenomenal, beautifully presented, and delicious. The bar team was also fantastic — so accommodating to guests' dietary needs and preferences, and the drinks were a hit! All of the waitstaff during the event were attentive and kind, and the lobby staff went out of their way to help us with everything from parking to moving our things. As the bride, I kept waiting expecting to be stressed out but never once, not even on the day was I anxious or stressed thanks to Katie. The Lenox team brought every part of my vision to life with such care and ease that I was able to be fully present and just enjoy every second. We are so grateful to everyone at The Lenox — they made our day unforgettable, and we can’t recommend them highly enough!
