A minimum food and beverage revenue amount will be assigned to your booking and included in your contract. Minimums vary based on the day of the week, time of the day, time of the year, and date of the booking. Your sales manager will review revenue requirements with you.
That's not a problem, but please be aware guests in question will be ID'd by Boston Winery staff. Underage drinking puts our entire production facility at risk of license violations and will not be tolerated at Boston Winery.
At The Boston Winery we want to make your event planning as easy as possible. We do have an on site event planner that will walk you through the whole planning process. Whether it is a birthday party, wedding or corporate gathering our event planner will help you navigate through all of the planning details.
While we do have a smart TV that can be used for presentations and speakers throughout the winery for background music all other audio visual needs would require an outside vendor. We do have contacts on our preferred vendor list for AV needs.
We do recommend having a minimum of 25 guests for our private event space. Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 120 guests. Depending on the size of your group we have packages and space to fit a variety of event needs.
