Hi, I’m Erica of Boards by Erica, a women-run catering company based in Seattle, WA, specializing in artisanal charcuterie and grazing table experiences. With over 12+ years of fine dining experience and as the first runner-up on Food Network’s Chopped (Season 41), I’m passionate about crafting unforgettable food experiences. From artfully designed grazing tables to charcuterie cups, boxes, and boards, we prepare custom creations with fresh seasonal ingredients tailored to the needs of your next event. I grew up in a big family of chefs and grandmas who made every gathering revolve around food, which shaped my love for cooking and hosting. Originally from Michigan, I moved to the Pacific Northwest drawn by its beauty and culture of sustainability. After earning a master’s in environmental sustainability, I rooted myself in Portland and began cooking for friends. What started as small supper clubs grew into creating thoughtful, seasonal meals for micro weddings, private dinners, and weekly meal prep.

Bri is our head charcuterie artist and she creates decadent charcuterie boards, fruit platters and desserts that are fit for any occasion. She creates beautiful food compositions with high quality ingredients. Grazing tables can also include any theme or food type. We also make specialty desserts and dipped chocolate treats.
