“We love working at Full Moon Resort, Its such a beautiful venue! They have the perfect wooded ceremony spot, but also has open fields to use or in case of bad weather you can get married in the barn or the ceremony tent, they also use the barn throughout their weekend weddings for Rehearsal Dinners, breakfast & lunch. & then you have the pavilion which is a beautiful open and airy room that is meant for the reception (its nice that although your guests are there for the weekend you get to save this space for the main event instead of having to repeat a location) They also have lodging for many, with a pool and the grounds are beautiful. We work with Morgan, Nikki, and Kayla (along with many of the other staff members) and they are all aways great to work with, (they know how to work with as a team with hired vendors like us) which makes it more enjoyable and stress-free for all! We are a florist/decorating company and although we have done some elaborate weddings at full moon, you actually don't need to go crazy on florals and decor as the venue itself is beautiful and surrounded by nature.”

“Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding at City Winery Hudson Valley a few weeks ago and we are thrilled with our entire experience! We worked with Lerika from the very beginning when we first toured as our Sales Manager and communications with her throughout the process were perfect. Lerika also worked extremely well with our planner (Lauren F. from Wild Blooms – recommended by CW) and the two of them made sure all details were perfect. When we first toured CW, we loved all the different spaces and, due to a rainy wedding day, were very grateful for the many options. Although we intended for the ceremony to be by the river, the indoor space was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop made even more beautiful with white flowers that popped against the brick and windows. And having cocktail hour within the bar area and restaurant, which they closed for us, made our event very private and allowed for sufficient seating during that time. The buttlered hors d’oeuvres were plentiful and the stations constantly replenished so they always looked stocked. Service was incredible throughout the day and our guests appeared to be served dinner all at once, and wait staff were very attentive. There were never lines at the bar during cocktail hour or the reception which was helped by the table wine service. We chose the Steak Bavette for our beef entrée and I was concerned the 6 oz standard portion would be too small so we upgraded to 8 oz which ended up being huge! And all the food served throughout the day was delicious! Lerika was attentive throughout the wedding day as was Tiffany, the CW event coordinator, who we did not meet until that day. Lerika and Tiffany anticipated our needs and made sure we were all taken care of throughout the day. Security identified a potential issue with one of our guests who had too much to drink and discreetly and professionally addressed it without our even knowing about it. We had more than 160 guests in attendance and the space was big enough to ensure it was easy to move around the tables while still feeling intimate. I love that we were able to place only two rows of tables on each side of the dance floor so everyone was close to the activity and never far apart. Our guests danced throughout the wedding which made it very fun. With recommendations from CW, we selected a florist (Laruen P. from Wild Blooms) and bistro lighting from Fox Haus that transformed the space and made it so beautiful. All the photos are absolutely gorgeous even though most were taken indoors. We also reserved the boiler bar for the guys to get ready which was fun for them and the Nest for the ladies which was spacious and beautiful. And lastly, we hosted an afterparty in the boiler bar for the friends of the bride and groom which was perfect to give them extra time with their close friends! CW hosts a combined food tasting for all couples with scheduled weddings and it gave us a great glimpse of what the actual wedding day would be like with plenty of special and personal touches for the bride and groom. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was, and we continue to receive so many compliments from our guests! It was fun, it was beautiful, it was delicious, it was perfectly what our daughter and son-in-law envisioned!”

“TLW was the absolute best venue for our wedding. They let us bring a bouncy house obstacle course onto the property, and even had a vendor recommendation. Throughout our literal hundreds of emails back-and-forth, they were professional, friendly, and prompt in their reply. Our guests had so much fun, and TLW did a fantastic job accommodating our guests' various dietary restrictions. TLW also did a great job communicating with our other vendors. It was a dream to work with TLW - the food was delicious, all of their staff were friendly and welcoming, and the venue itself cannot be beat. The kids (and adults) had a wonderful time enjoying the goats on site, the swimming pool, and the go-karts! The go-karts are an absolute must-have add-on to any wedding, it is all anyone could talk about afterwards. It was so much fun! “This was the best night of my life. We chose to get married at the Rustic Ridge View Farm with Wally’s help in October and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go. During the day, you get the magical views from the mountain side and at night you get to see the pavilion lit up with all of the lights and decorations. Truly a one of a kind experience. One of the best additions to the place is the fire pit for s’mores which Wally gladly takes care of. He’s very responsive and helps with anything you may need. “We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.”

“This was the first venue we looked at and we knew right away we needed to get married here. Truly one of the most beautiful ceremony locations I have ever seen. The team was amazing! We forgot the plug for our neon sign and they ran to the store to find a plug that worked. It poured 45 minutes before our ceremony, and the staff let us wait, and then dried everything off at the last minute, which gave us a rainbow at our ceremony. They were so flexible in making the timeline work due to our weather delay. The food was amazing, from the cocktail hour stations, to dinner, and the food at the after party. The venue felt so intimate and personal, we could not have picked a better place. 10000000% recommend!”

“My husband and I got married at Bear Brook Valley this past weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT! Our experience with the Bear Brook team since we booked our date with them two years ago has been amazing. The renovations they completed last year are absolutely stunning. The boys absolutely loved getting ready in the new speakeasy lounge, the golf simulator was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and drinks. Our coordinator, Amanda was incredible! Not only did she walk me through the planning process (we did not hire an official wedding planner), but she responded promptly to all my questions via email and executed my entire vision the day of the wedding! Everything ran super smoothly. Our bridal and groom suite attendants, Amber and Cameron, were on top of everything the entire wedding day! Anytime we needed anything they were there. They were constantly making sure we had a drink in hand if we needed one, Amber helped me get a stain out of my dress, and they both graciously steamed all of the dresses and tuxes! Something we both absolutely love about Bear Brook is that their team makes you feel special and valued. They truly value making sure your day is the best it can be, which was not my experience touring other venues. Because of this incredible team, I was able to enjoy every minute of my day without any stress! If you’re considering booking Bear Brook - DO IT! We genuinely cannot recommend them enough!”

“Taken from an email that we sent to Lori, the event coordinator @Memorytown! “Whew, it's been a week since our big event, and we are still recovering! :) Please know that we are so grateful for you (especially you! you really took care of us!), your service, your staff (Curtis the bartenders and servers) , and all of the intricate workings that made "our" event for our only daughter a tremendous success! Jake and I can't believe how seamless everything was, and there was not one thing that disrupted our special day! From the vendors, to the cake, and the dinner, everything was amazing! Even the weather decided to cooperate as the day progressed! Our friends and family had such a wonderful time and have complimented the event, as the most fun wedding ever! Thank you again and again! Somehow I missed the entire cocktail hour with regard to seeing and eating the buffet; but I relished the passed horderves! I hope Katie took pictures of it inside! “From our first conversation with the Skylands Manor team, they walked us through every step of the planning process in a clear and organized way, which made the whole experience stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—a breathtaking castle surrounded by gorgeous gardens that gave our wedding day a fairytale feel. Linda was instrumental in making sure every detail came together perfectly, and David, the executive chef, executed all of our food requests flawlessly. The staff went out of their way to listen to what we wanted and made us feel heard throughout the entire process. We could not have asked for a better setting or a more dedicated team to bring our vision to life. Skylands Manor exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them in a heartbeat.”

“My wife and I came to them on short notice and with a lot of stress due to the time/money expenses of planning the big day. Renee was unfailingly kind, endlessly patient and always upbeat. Putting it simply, the crew at Adena are wonderful people who are very good at their job. The day itself went off without a single hiccup. Every typical issue that we encountered - such as delays on our part, or things I forgot- was handled before I even fully aware of it. They did their jobs calmly and joyfully, and helped reassure my anxious wife (and my surprisingly anxious self). The location is absolutely beautiful, maintained expertly and decorated perfectly. Our reception was elegant and rustic, with clear views of the blue sky outside making a very pretty backdrop to celebration. The Wooded Cathedral was where we had our reception, and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s dreamed of an outdoor wedding in the country. My wife and I are so happy that we switched venues to Adena. We’re thrilled that they’ve left us with these memories, and we are so happy to call the team at Adena friends. Thank you guys for helping us start a marriage on the highest possible note.”

“An absolute dream of a wedding venue! I recently got married at FVM in early September and could not recommend more. So many positive things to say… see below! First and foremost, the venue is tucked away in the most charming area of the Hudson Valley, surrounded by beautiful greenery and very well-kept grounds. Our guests not only raved about how gorgeous the space was, but also how fantastic the food was (s/o to the King, Chef Charlie), how the drinks were superb (a wedding essential), and how the staff was super helpful and friendly (thank you FVM team)! However, the true gem behind it all is Kerri—the amazing owner of the venue who also becomes your planner/coordinator and helps make the magic happen! Kerri is the most passionate, hardworking gal in the business. She will LITERALLY do anything and everything to make her couples wedding day a dream. As someone who recently relocated to the west coast and was planning our wedding from afar, Kerri went above and beyond to help make our planning experience seamless. She was super cost-conscious and accommodating, helping customize every element of our day and reflect our true vision. Even when the weather was looking not so good and I was stressing (emphasis on the stress), the FVM team had plans A-Z to ensure the day went on perfectly no matter what. And of course Kerri did everything and more to shuffle some things around so that the whole experience and day of remained seamless. What can’t this woman do?? An extra special shout out to her husband Frank who is the man behind the scenes keeping the space perfectly manicured and gorgeous! And of course kudos to my queen Mia (my personal bridal attendant for the day) who kept me dry from the weather, well fed, and took care of us all night! Final comment: this venue is unlike any venue we toured. It is not only a unique and charming space, but also so personable. In fact, through our venue touring process, FVM stood out as the only one to be so focused and dedicated to your event (vs just being another wedding on their list, booking couples back-to-back-to-back, etc.). Kerri, Frank, and the FVM staff truly have the best hearts and complete emotional ownership to your day, making your wedding experience like no other.
