About this venue

We offer three stunning wedding locations on our beautiful acreage, each featuring a 40x80 tent with picnic tables, a dance floor, and folding tables: Riverfront Campgrounds Wedding – Celebrate beside the famous Kellam's Bridge with serene water views. Off-Grid Riverfront Wedding – Experience a peaceful, off-grid location with solar lights, optional generator power, and beautiful, water-adjacent campsites. The Lodge at Soaring Eagle – Exclusive event space, available for the weekend or as an add-on. The lodge sleeps 24 with 6 bedrooms, features a creekside ceremony site, an outdoor kitchen for large dinner parties, and a fully stocked kitchen. Lodge rental pricing differs from event pricing at The Lodge at Soaring Eagle.

For the ultimate riverfront experience, exclusive river trips are available before and after your wedding. Enjoy serene 2-mile journeys by kayak, canoe, or tube. After the ceremony, gather around a large bonfire with firewood provided—cords delivered for campers and bundles sold individually. Ice is available for both events and individuals, ensuring your day is both relaxing and unforgettable. We will close the campground to the public and open site for rent to your guest. Our experience at Soaring Eagle Campground was truly wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to collaborate with our vision for our special day. The quality of their work and value was above standard- the natural beauty of the venue was breathtaking and pristine. The staff went above and beyond to make our day just as we imagined, from meeting the needs of our guests to building the biggest and best bonfire for everyone to enjoy. We had a truly amazing weekend with our family and friends at Soaring Eagle, and the scenery, people, and memories will be forever cherished.

Yes, you can bring a self service bar or a tended Bar with the provided insurance coverage for it in your event insurance

Yes, there is parking in designated areas lots of on site parking.

There is a bathroom for guests, for handicapped there could be a port-a-john provided. Our campground bathhouse does have doors that are 36in and has some safety bars. The entrance does not have ramps and it is grassy and natural ground.

Your reservation includes three days, two evenings. Depending on the site your event is the access to facilities and land is outlined in each package. Most commonly it will be a weekend event. Friday, Saturday, and Clean up Sunday. More time can be added if required.

We are a rural location. Cars and Rentals vehicles are the only way to access the campgrounds since we do not provide shuttles. Bus companies can be hired.

Each couple needs to provide event insurance.

The peak season is September after labor day until Columbus day. Off peak season is end of October beginning of November and early Spring April.
