Tony fell in love with being a DJ when he started spinning records at school and church dances as a 16 year old kid in Cleveland back in 1984. “DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

“Liza was truly amazing!! She was so patient with us, she unstood us as a couple. She knew I was so stressed picking out the music for the day. “Our reception was everything we could've dreamed of and more all thanks to Follow the Sun! While we were exploring our options for a live band we got a recommendation to check out FtS, so we went to see them perform live and we knew right away they were the band for us. They are incredibly talented musicians and the band has great chemistry. They bring great energy and get the crowd going. And that was all just from observing before we even spoke with them regarding booking! FtS goes above and beyond to provide a customized experience. Once we inquired about booking they made the whole process so easy and fun for us. We met to discuss our vision for our day, and they were so accommodating as well as provided great insight for us from their experience with other weddings. They have an amazing set list of songs to choose from. Over the weeks leading up to the wedding, any questions we had they were quick to respond and so kind. We had custom requests with family traditions/songs and FtS were able make it all fit seamlessly into the evening. Our dancefloor was packed all night because of the incredible job the band did. We are so thankful and would highly recommend them to any couple interested in live music for their big day. On the day of, he went way beyond typical DJ duties... he helped dry our columns after the rain, jumped in with last-minute tasks, and his contagious energy set the perfect tone for the evening. He even let us have our moment in the spotlight behind the DJ booth! Lol. And he surprised us with the most amazing photo collage on his DJ stand! He collaborated with our photographer and was able to display a few sneak peaks from wedding day. He truly hosted our wedding rather than just spinning tracks.
