As a custom wedding cake baker, my job is to help each wedding couple create a design that perfectly complements the tone of their wedding. Together, we will find the look, feel and personality of your cake, and have fun doing it! As each couple is unique – so is their cake! Wedding planning is stressful enough, so come sit with me for a little bit, taste a few cake flavors (tasting fee applies) and have some fun designing your cake! Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
