The Place has wonderful memories waiting for you. Two beautiful ponds with fountains, gazebos, stone walkways, and a winding stream nestled in the woods and surrounded by endless white fencing will provide amazing natural backdrops for your photos to capture the special moments of your day. We open our home to the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in our master suite. We also have a room for the groomsmen to get ready in once they arrive, with a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, couch, and arcade basketball. Have your ceremony next to the water, in front of the barn, down by the stream, or inside with beautiful sliding barn doors as your back drop and large pine beams overhead. Whatever you choose, we will customize it to make it all about you. Inside, your guests will appreciate the elegant venue with beams and stone fireplaces. Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

Sugar Lake Lodge is a 135 acre estate with a seven acre private lake surrounded by Lake County Metro Parks. It features a gorgeous 6,700 square foot lodge & event center with an 1,800 square ft. private suite fully equipped with kitchen, fire place, and elegant bathroom all with a slight rustic feel. There is also a steam room for guests to unwind and enjoy. In addition, there is a lakefront event center with dual inside and outside fireplaces, and accommodations. Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot.
