Words can't describe the joy that fills us just thinking about how wonderful Rhiannon and John are! They went above and beyond expectations for us. They truly felt like family when our wedding day came along. They treated our family and friends with respect. They couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved Rhiannon and John! We hired them to be our day of coordinator. We met three times prior to our wedding (technically four if you include our consultation). Rhiannon contacted all the vendors on my behalf prior to the wedding to make sure they have a timeline as well as our last-minute change to an indoor wedding due to weather. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Marcea and Natalie. We attempted to go without a day of coordinator and decided it best to bring one in. Although last minute, both Marcea and Natalie made our wedding such so seamless, leaving us to be able to enjoy the day! A couple of anecdotes: 1. My wife and I were taking pictures during most of the dinner portion of the evening. Once we returned, we had a small window to eat before the speeches and cake cutting. Marcea approached us and asked how we are doing. Assuming she was trying to speed us up, we asked "are we pressed for time? She responded in the most calm and wholesome "we are right on schedule, eat your food." I had checked the time and knew that this was not entirely true. Marcea in that moment made the executive decision to allow my wife and I to eat (something that is not always a guarantee at your own wedding) and be able to relish a small moment with each other. This was the ultimate testament to a wise day of coordinator. 2. My wife went through extensive floral planning for our wedding. Even electing to create a whole alter arrangement on her own. Upon placing the alter, Natalie and Marcea realized that there was not enough space for the whole arrangement. Instead of trying to rearrange the whole design, they elected to take some of the smaller arrangements and place them at the foot of the entry of our venue and underneath our welcome sign. We realized it after our ceremony and were absolutely delighted by their swift pivot. Just yet another example of their expertise. My wife and I could not have enjoyed our day if it weren't for these two. Really could not recommend them more!

We are at almost at a loss for words as we write this review for Gather Cheer. Hiring Eva is what took our wedding to the next level. She was always available for questions, concerns, and follow-up. She handled a number of administrative items like organizing transportation, walkthroughs, and other details with our vendors. She also offered irreplaceable suggestions to make the day smoother or to make us and our guests more comfortable. There was so much behind-the-scenes work she did for us, that we're sure we're not aware of most of it. Not only is Eva organized, she is also so kind and relatable which was what we needed through this process. We walked into (and out of!) our wedding day absolutely blown away, and really that is because of Eva. We cannot thank her enough and would recommend her for any planning needs.
