We are a mobile bar service so we work with a lot of different venues in 4 different states. Fassitt Mansion is hands down one of our absolute favorite venues to work with! Juana is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She and her staff are “on it” and will make sure all of your details are carefully handled. Additionally, it is a beautiful venue and especially gorgeous during golden hour. I also have to mention the food! Their catering is amazing and far from the boring traditional wedding meals. In June of 2022, my husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Drumore Estate, and I must say, the staff, especially Marnie, made the entire experience truly exceptional. My Husband and I got married at Historic Ashland on 4/16/23. I can not recommend this venue enough! This venue was a top contender right from the very start. They had several different packages that appealed to us as we were not sure how big of a wedding we were going to have initially. Right off the bat they were quick to follow-up with our inquiry and answer any questions that we had. Once you see this venue in person you realize how incredible and versatile it is and left no room for doubt. For the staff: Leah is extremely attentive and personable to work with. You can tell that this venue is her baby and invests all the love and care that is evident through out the entire grounds and all the details. She is an incredible resource and I would also recommend reaching out early after you have booked this venue as she has great insights on the different vendors you can use to stay within your budget. It is one area I wish I utilized earlier on in the process. Amanda was our Day of Coordinator and was incredible from preplanning, rehearsal and day of the wedding. She had everything and anything on hand that you would need. I have no idea if anything didn't go according to plan because she handled things effortlessly and from our perspective it was the perfect day with no hiccups. We actually were ahead of schedule all day which made for a very relaxed bride, groom and wedding party. We never felt rushed which I think really helped us soak in the whole day to its fullest. Additionally, Leah and Amanda invited us to their private facebook group for couples getting married that which is a valuable resource on your own. They post updates regularly in there and you are able to connect and ask questions of other brides and grooms who are getting married or were married at HA. For the venue: The mansion to get ready was amazing; very spacious, filled with light, convenient for our hair and make-up vendors and was a beautiful back drop for photos. The cottage which my husband and his groomsman/family used to get ready was the perfect size. They played darts, had a couple of pre-ceremony drinks and relaxed comfortably. There are so many ceremony sites and back-up options to cater to your wedding vision. We had our April/Spring ceremony outdoors under the trees and pergola, had cocktail hour outside on the patio and lower lodge and then the reception upstairs in the lodge. Each location had their own feel and vibe that flowed effortlessly. It also was so convenient to have all 3 events in the same location. Leah, Amanda and the whole Historic Ashland Staff really make you feel like family throughout the entire process and after. Following the day, I forgot my customized hanger that Leah so kindly found and mailed back along with a small gift that my husband and I both cherish and wear. You can not go wrong with Historic Ashland and if you choose them you will be forever grateful and happy that you did. Thank you!!

The Manor at Mountain View

5.0

Harrisburg, PA
  • Up to 325 guests
  • Limited services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $3,400

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Our wedding guests raved about this venue. The grounds, the food, the staff, and all of the amenities, they absolutely loved it! We loved how communicative the staff are, how they tend to and anticipate your every need, all of the decor options and the ability to customize every detail, and that we didn’t go in debt for it all! This truly is a one stop shop with top-notch industry professionals who will cater to you and create your dream day. You will not regret booking The Manor at Mountain View for your special event!

The Inn at Leola Village

5.0

Leola, PA
  • Up to 250 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor

We can date our property back to 1867 when it was a fully operational tobacco farm. Today, these historic buildings are part of what makes our property so special. A blend of modern design with vintage charm amongst over 10-acres of stunning gardens make The Inn at Leola Village truly unique. Specializing in stress-free planning, we offer not only the venue and catering, but also a 60-room luxury hotel, award-winning salon and day spa, restaurants, after-party bars, on-site florist, pastry chef and experienced coordinators. The best way to truly understand everything we have to offer is to schedule a private tour and see for yourself what makes weddings at Leola Village effortless, elegant and unforgettable.

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and the team at Inn at Leola Village for our wedding and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose them every single time! The venue offers a great deal of variety - it's rustic with industrial charm while offering modern finishes- something totally unique that we loved. While the Inn itself is quaint and has a ton of character throughout making it a very unique experience for guests. When it came down to planning the big day our coordinator, Stephanie, was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she incredibly informed and on top of the ball she was very patient with me and my (many) question filled emails. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to Covid and thank god for her because she remained calm and ensured us that we will get our perfect day no matter what - she was not wrong! On the big day Stephanie had everything under control. I was able to sit back and actually enjoy the day, something I hope every bride/groom gets to experience. One thing I want to make sure I mention is how spectacular the food was. Having been to quite a few weddings myself, I’m not a fan of the food that’s usually offered but this does not apply to the Inn at Leola Village. I have a food allergy and they had no problem working with me so we didn’t have to compromise taste for my comfort. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food for cocktail hour and dinner was plus the portions were generous! No seriously, my husband is asking if I can try and recreate the Penne with Lavender Honey Sauce because it was that good (I have yet to succeed). PS get the homemade donuts for dessert, you won’t be sorry! Thank you to the incredible staff at Inn at Leola Village for making our dream wedding come true. We will be back for our anniversary next year!
