“1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. “Jenna and Amalia were absolutely amazing leading up to and through our wedding weekend. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. Our wedding weekend had numerous events, cultural moments, vendors, and moving parts especially because it was a summer camp-Indian-Peruvian-fusion wedding, but nothing seemed to dim this team’s ambition. “When I think back on my wedding day, there is not one thing I can think of that did not work out seamlessly. I owe much of this to Victoria. Starting a few days before my wedding, she was in contact with me about details that I did not even think of. She helped me organize decorations and did a mock staging with me to ensure I was satisfied with the design. On the day of my wedding, she ensured everything was placed as we discussed and even made sure that empty spaces were filled with greenery. She worked closely with all of my vendors to ensure that things ran smoothly and stayed on time. When things did not go as planned, she sorted things out so quickly that I didn’t even know about them until after the fact. For example, my sister-in-law had been losing pregnancy weight and hadn’t tried on her dress in some time since they traveled from out of state. When she put on her dress at my wedding, it was noticeably loose fitting. Victoria immediately took action. When she was done working her magic, my sister in laws dress looked perfect! I wasn’t even aware of the issue until after the fact and wouldn’t have even know if it wasn’t mentioned. Victoria was never more than an arm’s length away on my wedding day. She was always there to help, frequently asked if I needed anything, and handled almost everything without me even knowing. If there was something I did not know how to respond to, or if a difficult situation arose, she navigated it effortlessly and professionally. I highly recommend her to all brides. She takes pride in her work and treats your wedding day like it’s her own. I truly believe having her there allowed me to fully be present on my wedding day and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy every second of it without having to worry! She really is the best there is!”

She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect.
