There’s honestly not enough words to describe so freakin cool he is. His attention to detail is on point, he can hype up even the most boring crowd, and he has the greatest personality. My sister also rented the Photo Booth and I’m SO glad she did. Everyone had a blast with it & DJ Lennox’s assistant was just as cool as he is. She was so much fun, so sweet, and so funny. However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

He was super communicative when we had questions, helped give us some advice, and *!!!even learned a new song just for us!!!* We had just attended a friends wedding and the music was super unrelatable to my fiance (husband now lol) and our friends. We were bummed and worried - hopeful that ours would be fun and get people out there! Ryan was AMAZING. He curated the perfect playlist, set up THREE different locations to play, AND was super cool to honor all our specific wishes. 10 mins to the end I went to him and said eh we are tired such a long day, we can probably wrap up - he assured me he had some incredible songs for the last few, told me to rally- he DID. Ended the night on such a fun, high note. I would recommend Ryan over and over and over and over again. Not only did he totally rock the DJ/musician aspect, but he’s truly a kind person- which just really rounded out the whole experience. 10000/10 experience — thank you Ryan!!!”

Where do we even begin to say how grateful and how much fun we had ar our wedding? We had such an amazing experience with 3 West from start to finish and could not recommend them enough. We kicked off a video call with co-owner, Matt, who spent time getting to know us personally, broke down their services, how everything works and answered all of our questions. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Our biggest priority for our wedding was the DJ. We love dancing and listening to music and we wanted someone who would keep everyone on the dance floor. DJ Jeff was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him! And he did not disappoint! About a month out from the wedding we hopped on a video call with Jeff to go over our vision of the day, songs we would like to be played and he also took the time to know us as a couple. DJ Jeff exceeded all expectations! He played one hit after another and made it extremely hard to leave the dance floor. Get yourself a DJ that gives your bridal hairstylist anxiety with how your hair turned out by the end of the reception. All of our guests were shouting for an encore by the end of the night. We have still been getting calls and messages about how much fun our guests had and how awesome DJ Jeff was. Jeff and Wolf even recorded the evening and we are so excited to see the footage from a different perspective! Thank you Jeff, Wolf, Matt and everyone at 3 West for making our day one to remember. “Your vendors will truly shape the energy of your wedding, and our experience with Alex from the Dapper DJs is a perfect example of this. From the beginning, Alex was so easy to work with and made the planning process so much fun. He was so enthusiastic about our day and our music choices and felt more like a friend than just a wedding vendor! We were looking for a very specific energy with our DJ and wanted to stay away from the typical over the top cheesiness. Alex could not have been more of a fit for our day. He had such relaxed energy and his entire set up was so in line with the feel of our wedding. We had a very vintage inspired day and his vintage set up and suitcases were such a great addition to the reception room. He executed everything perfectly and was even willing to operate our DIY disco ball set up. For the ceremony and the reception he was on point with all of the timing and cues and truly brought our vision to life. The dance floor was full the entire night and our guests are still talking about how awesome it was. Thank you so much to Alex and to the Dapper DJs team for helping make our day so unforgettable.. “We received lots of compliments about our wedding, but our DJ was hands down the most complimented part. Like by a lot. I remember someone said “Lily. Your DJ is 100 out of 10.” and our venue coordinator (who has seen a lot of weddings) was like “Seriously, where did you find this guy?” and said they need to add him to their list of recommended DJs. I also had multiple guests ask if he was single… From the ceremony music and microphones, to the cocktail hour musical ambiance, to the first dance and speeches, Obehi was locked in and working the room to make sure everything went smoothly and ensure everyone was having a great time. He had all kinds of fancy equipment and was there early with bells on to get it all set up. It was all seamless with zero hiccups. He was out on the dance floor hyping people up, dancing, and just giving 110% all night long. Obehi is one heck of a DJ. I saw family members who I haven’t seen crack a smile in a decade busting moves on the dance floor. Obehi gets the people going. There’s no doubt about that. That being said, he’s also a really lovely human and we loved having him there as a part of our wedding. You can tell he loves what he does and loves people. He was genuine, warm, and kind every step of the way. He met with us a few weeks before the wedding and made us feel like it was his life’s purpose to get every detail perfect for us. And he delivered 1000%. Best choice we made for our wedding. Worth every single penny!!!”
