I absolutely enjoy what I do, I've been providing solid high quality entertainment to couples all over the state of Iowa for almost 40 years! I started my DJ career in 1984 in Davenport Iowa, at that time I was using two turntables and had to haul big heavy crates of LPs with me. Now I use 2 specifically dedicated laptop computers that hold nearly 100,000 songs, wow isn't technology great!

I got into DJing by accident. After learning that working as an Industrial Engineer in a fortune 500 company didn't bring me much fulfillment, a friend suggested I join his DJ company. Andrew Hoyt is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Des Moines IA. Andrew is a K-5 vocal music teacher and believes that arts education of every kind is vital to a well rounded education. His favored instrument is the ukulele, specifically the Hawaiian KoAloha brand, who sponsor him by providing him with their first class instruments.
