We are Vows & Vibes, central Iowa's only company to offer officiant, live music, DJ and day-of coordination services all in one package. Jessie is a professional speaker and trained performer and will add love and enthusiasm to your ceremony as your officiant. Chris is a talented piano player/singer with a large variety of songs and has been an established wedding DJ for over 10 years. Together, we will help create a day to remember!

We are not your typical wedding entertainment company simply because we do it all! We offer dynamic, moving and humorous (if that's your jam) ceremonies. We offer unparalleled live music provided by one person with a full setup that mimics a large band sound. We have an array of professional music and lighting equipment to make your wedding day full of fun and joy! Description

We provide officiating services, ceremony music, lighting, sound, and day-coordination. Chris provides cocktail hour music, dinner music, dance music, MC services, sound, lighting, and up to 3 total hours of live piano/singing entertainment. Jessie acts as personal attendant and liaison between vendors during this time. Unlimited hours of DJ music included! All of our packages include online planning tools, day-of coordinator and our full array of entertainment equipment.

We cannot recommend Vows & Vibes enough! From the moment we started planning until the very last song of the night, everything was handled with such care and attention to detail. As our day-of-coordinator, Jessie kept everything running smoothly, managed the timeline, made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and made sure we could truly relax and enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the details. As our DJ, Chris absolutely nailed it. We have received so many compliments about the music and DJ since our wedding day. The music was amazing, he kept the energy up all night, and the dance floor was packed from start to finish. They did an amazing job reading the crowd and creating such a fun atmosphere. If you are looking for someone who can not only keep the party going but also make your entire wedding day stress-free, look no further. From our first conversation with Jessie and Chris at Vows & Vibes, we knew we had made the right choice. They were responsive and crystal clear about everything, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. When bad weather forced us to shift things around last minute, they adapted without hesitation and even took the time to learn a special Brazilian song for my entrance, which made that moment absolutely unforgettable. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life—they weren't just playing music, they were invested in making sure every detail felt personal to us. AMAZING!!!
Vows & Vibes was the BEST decision we made at our wedding! (Besides getting married of course lol) Chris and Jessie were fantastic. Chris is a phenomenal entertainer and Jessie was a godsend on our wedding day. She stepped up as a day of coordinator and made the day feel seamless and stress free. The venue ran into a few issues the day of and Jessie stepped in to make sure it got fixed before anyone noticed. The wedding guests knew where to be and when. She was fantastic! They both kept the party going from the ceremony to the reception. If you’re looking for a kick a** entertainer and an amazing day of coordinator to make your big day a party to remember, I would 1000% recommend booking with Vows & Vibes. All I can say is thank you for being a big part of what made our day so special!

All the Good Vibes
I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Jessie of Vows & Vibes on a project where they set up an event to do what they do best: throw a great party. Not only is Chris an incredibly talented performer, but a very thoughtful person—even though I was just the photographer, he was sure to ask my what my favorite song was so he could play it during the festivities! And Jessie is such a bright, bubbly person, it was such a joy to watch her whisk around the dance floor getting to know people and hyping everyone up. They were both so easy to talk to and I enjoyed spending time with them throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a different, fun reception experience!
