“The easiest five stars we could ever give. If we could give The Barn on the Pemi a thousand, we would! My husband and I got married here on October 3, 2026, and I genuinely don’t know if words will ever do our experience justice. From the rehearsal to our wedding day and after-party, every moment was beyond anything we could have dreamed of. We knew the venue was breathtaking when we booked it, but what made it truly extraordinary was the team behind it. Every single staff member was phenomenal. The kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and attention to detail were unmatched. We felt so genuinely cared for, and so did our guests. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to be completely present and soak in every second of the best day of our lives. The food? INCREDIBLE. The desserts? Just as amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food, service, and entire experience. Hosting nearly 200 people is no small feat, and this team made it look effortless. And then there’s Kendra. Oh, Kendra. Where do I even begin? Calling her incredible feels like the understatement of the century. She is an absolute miracle worker, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding without her. After spending so much time planning every little detail, having someone who cared so deeply about bringing our vision to life meant everything. She was organized, patient, reassuring, attentive, and somehow always ten steps ahead. No question was too small, no detail overlooked. She handled everything with such grace, and I never once doubted that we were in the best hands. But what makes Kendra so special goes far beyond being an exceptional coordinator. She genuinely cares. She made us feel heard, supported, and understood through every step of the process. By the end, she didn’t just feel like our coordinator; she felt like a friend. Having someone in your corner who treats your happiness as if it matters just as much to her as it does to you is something I will never forget. I hope she knows what an incredible difference she made for us. Our wedding was everything we’d hoped for and somehow so much more. We laughed, cried, danced our hearts out, and experienced a kind of happiness I wish we could bottle up forever. We didn’t spend the day worrying about logistics. We got to simply be a bride and groom, surrounded by our favorite people, making memories we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. To the coordinators, servers, bartenders, culinary team, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us a weekend we will never forget. If we could do it all over again, we would choose The Barn on the Pemi a thousand times over, and we would choose Kendra every single time. To any couple considering this venue: BOOK IT. You’re not just choosing a beautiful place to get married. You’re choosing people who will pour their hearts into making your day everything you’ve dreamed of. October 3 will forever be the best day of our lives, and The Barn on the Pemi will forever have a piece of our hearts.”

“We booked Monarch Farms for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Emily was incredibly responsive to our questions, even when we reached out late at night, which made planning so much easier. What really stood out was the variety of spaces they offered—we had options for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in different areas of the property, which gave our guests plenty of places to relax and enjoy themselves in all the different barns. The coordinator Megan was organized and helpful throughout the entire process, handling details we didn't even think to ask about. The value we got for what we paid was excellent, and everything felt polished without breaking the bank. We'd definitely recommend Monarch Farms to any couple looking for a venue!”

“If you want your wedding to be a weekend long affair filled with love, laughter, and beautiful scenery, look no further than Stickney Farms! From the start Jen was very easy to work with, letting us tour the venue multiple times and always responding promptly to emails or texts before, during, and after the wedding. When a storm came through the night before our wedding, Jen went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We loved the ability for us and our guests to stay on property all weekend, which allowed us ample time to decorate, set up, and enjoy time with family and friends. The venue and property are so naturally beautiful and there are a million ways to make it your own. We had guests travel from near and far and all told us what a special spot we had picked. We had a perfect wedding weekend and can’t imagine having held it anywhere else! Big thanks to Jen for making our wedding dreams come true. ️”

“Our whole family had a phenomenal experience at Riverside Farm in Pittsfield, VT, all as part of our daughter’s wedding in early October 2024. From the day we first toured Riverside Farm in November of 2022, the gorgeous setting and friendly, deeply experienced team gave us a great feeling about RF that continued through to the wedding and to this day. From late 2022 onward, RF gave us excellent advice and support on every aspect of planning the wedding – the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, all of the wedding day festivities, the afterparty and the Sunday departure brunch. We did not have – and did not need – a separate wedding planner. Our RF coordinator, Kaycee Bushee, was a terrific resource throughout. First, she greeted every question or concern with the same calm, pleasant, and constructive approach – never “too busy” to listen carefully and help. Second, when the wedding arrived, Kaycee oversaw everything with a clear idea of what needed to happen and when, plus a gentle hand to move things along invisibly. Her very capable team members were all well-trained and on the same page. RF requires the use of a small group of core vendors, a practice we came to value immensely. RF works exclusively with Vermont Farms Catering, plus one transportation provider and another company that sets up each event. Far from limiting, we found it a great way to create alignment with these critical groups. They went above and beyond to make sure that RF’s clients (and RF itself) were thrilled. A special note on Vermont Farms Catering, owned/operated by Katie Stiles (our primary contact) and Chef Kevin Lasko (Katie’s husband). They are remarkable, having transitioned to Vermont from the intensive Manhattan restaurant scene. Over the years, VFC has established close relationships with all of the best farmers, ranchers and producers within a broad radius. We knew instantly – when we had a “test” tasting in early 2024 – that our guests would be extremely well-served. For help finding other vendors, Kaycee was always there with a range of recommendations and “color” on photographers, florists, linen providers, etc. She knows of, has color on, or has worked directly with most wedding-related vendors throughout Vermont and New England – many of whom have handled events at RF. Beyond these outstanding individuals at RF, Riverside Farm itself is extraordinary. Whether in full sun or any other conditions, Riverside Farm itself truly shines. It is a spectacular physical place – vast and yet intimate at the same time due to the open sightlines. It offers multiple separate venues that together could comfortably host a great wedding in any weather conditions. Plus, RF provides accommodations for the wedding party at RF, and for family/close friends at a lovely 15-room inn, Amee Farm Lodge, just a mile away and under common ownership with RF. As to issues or negatives, we truly didn’t have any. Nothing occurred that caused any level of frustration or concern. It was amazingly smooth given the number of guests (170) and the numerous events from mid-Friday through the departure brunch on Sunday. As noted, this was not by accident or just good luck. Kaycee and the RF team are outstanding both as to assisting in the planning and in the detailed, smooth and crisp execution of the final plan. As is clear from the above, our entire family wholeheartedly and without reservation recommends Riverside Farm for your family’s wedding.”

“Our venue was our first and most important choice when we started planning our wedding. We didn't want to feel rushed and loved that this space was ours for the whole weekend. I can't say enough about the natural beauty and peacefulness of this location. The mountains on the horizon, surrounded by serene forests with no road traffic or noise was blissful. This is a must for comfort and relaxation leading up to your wedding day - in my opinion. All the facilities are kept very clean and ready to use. My bridal party and close family loved staying on site at the cozy farmhouse. Jazz and Adam were amazing hosts and we enjoyed working with them during planning and the weekend of our wedding. Jazz is a 'get things done' kind of person and that is such a huge relief and comfort on your wedding day and when planning. We would pick Whiteface Hollow for our wedding venue over and over again.”

“Overall, I would highly recommend choosing the Red Clover Inn as your wedding venue. I have included some criticism to take into consideration, but in the end would not have changed my decision to have our wedding there. I have so much more to say, but am limited by the characters limit. THE GOOD PART The wedding weekend was the wedding of our dreams. Our guests were welcomed with open arms by the staff who worked incredibly hard. There were fresh flowers for our VIPs and all throughout the inn as a special touch and they truly went above and beyond to make our family and friends comfortable. We had planned a welcome barbeque that I thought would be very casual, but the staff really elevated it with their décor and attention through the evening. We got to enjoy the outdoor space under the stunning apple tree for our evening and the team put on a bonfire with s'mores for us. The bridal suite is my favorite room of them all. Bright, comfortable, and beautiful. We fit my group of 6 and a beauty team of 4. The day of the wedding was heavy rain all day long. We did have a rain plan in place and moved everything into the barn. The barn is beautifully decorated with ethereal lighted trees and candles throughout. It was an excellent back-up plan. The staff stood outside with umbrellas for the entirety of the ceremony and I don’t know what we would have done without them. We then moved to the cocktail hour and reception which were held in the inn. It was STUNNING. The staff did all the decorating with the items we brought and their own pieces, and our special touches to personalize our wedding, we didn’t have to lift a finger the day of the wedding. I did provide a list of decorations and my expectations for placement to help move things along prior to the event. There was a room for everything. We had dinner in the tavern, and after the meal, the guests used the other rooms, or took a break to their rooms while the tavern was transformed to the dance floor. The flow of the evening was so natural, and I really feel like the venue catered to every guest’s need with a quiet sitting room, a dancing space, and a space in between. At the end of the night, there was no clean up for us, the staff took care of the necessary items that evening, and we picked up the rest of the venue after our guests left the next day. The on-site accommodations perfectly fit our guest count and were comfortable for everyone. We got to appreciate every inch of the Inn and I am so happy we chose it. THE CRITIQUE We visited the inn 3 times through planning, and each visit was very productive, with Venetia’s undivided attention to chat through logistics and details, but we would recommend better communication when guests are not visiting. I did feel like I had to visit to accomplish planning items. Promised follow-up was rarely followed through. I did have to push on this when it began to affect our vendors (ie. Table dimensions for our florist), and ultimately we got the information we needed. Contracted timelines were also not held to through the planning (ie. guest room reservations going out on time). And the final critique was unclear pricing on a few things like the bar, a kitchen usage fee, and catering costs. The Red Clover staff was always responsive to our escalation, but I wish it didn’t require that. I highly recommend if you choose this venue, requesting clear deadlines and pricing stated in the contract.”

“The Inn at the Round Barn Farm is one of the most magical places on the planet. We had our September 2026 wedding at the Round Barn and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The location, the beauty, the comfort, the service... all immaculate. We knew this is the venue we wanted from the minute we stepped foot on our tour in 2024. Fortunately, it lived up to all our expectations. The inn itself is clean and inviting. There's a variety of room styles - we had our immediate family stay here during wedding weekend and they all loved it. The unique decor makes for fun spots to do wedding photos too! Ashley, the innkeeper, just instantly becomes part of your family. She is kind and thoughtful and makes sure you have everything you need. For example, she made sure she had iced coffee for my fiancé and I before we arrived because she remembered from our tasting weekend we didn't do hot coffee. Also the breakfast and treats she makes is UNREAL - so yummy. I keep thinking about the maple yogurt bowls... Renee, the wedding coordinator is a force; she is exactly who you want running your big day. She is calm and easy to work with, while also running a tight ship and making sure you get everything you want. A few months out from our wedding, when we met and started working with Renee, so many of our lingering concerns just dissolved. She is ON IT. We really wanted a private breakfast the morning of our wedding to do private vows. We would've been fine with just a table... Renee went above and beyond to create a beautiful, romantic, private breakfast for us. This was one of the highlights of our entire wedding weekend. Ari, food and beverage manager, just simply makes your dreams come true without you having to do much. We gave her notes from our food tasting and general "vibes" for our signature cocktails and she just nailed it. She also does so much more for you than 'just' the food and drink. Her and Renee are a dynamic duo for all the things you need. I also just appreciated her ability to be fun and thoughtful during a weekend that had a lot of pressure on us. Food was really, really important to us. We wanted really extraordinary dinners for our guests. RBF nailed it. Guests were talking about the food all day and night. My friends are STILL talking about the caviar potatoes in my group chat. Every single bite I took was 5 stars. We can't wait to return here for our anniversary every year. 3”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with the Barn at Bull Meadow and their entire team! From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of our wedding day, we felt so well taken care of. The venue truly speaks for itself. It is absolutely gorgeous, and you can tell how much care goes into keeping the barn and the entire property clean, organized, and beautifully maintained. Eric, one of the owners, is incredibly kind and does such an amazing job with the grounds and landscaping. Everything looked absolutely beautiful for our wedding, and there are so many gorgeous spots around the property for photos. We had so many guests tell us throughout the night how beautiful the venue was. One of the things that impressed me most was how thoughtful and helpful their team is throughout the entire planning process. They truly think of everything you could possibly need. Although their coordinators are technically day-of coordinators, I felt supported by my assigned coordinator, Taylor, long before our actual wedding day. She was incredibly communicative and always willing to help through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings. She also has so much experience and knowledge of the wedding industry and was an amazing resource when it came to making decisions about our timeline and how our day should flow. SEVERAL people, both from our wedding party and our guests, commented on how smoothly the day flowed and how amazing the timeline was, which is such a testament to how detailed the team is! On our actual wedding day, I genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, I certainly never knew about it because Taylor was completely on top of everything. She has such a calm, relaxed personality, which helped me stay calm and present throughout the day. She always reassured me and kept things moving without ever making the day feel rushed. I am just so incredibly happy with our experience from beginning to end. Taylor was kind, knowledgeable, organized, communicative, and truly wonderful to work with, and the entire team made my husband, my wedding party, and me feel supported throughout the process. Knowing I could completely trust them allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. I would highly recommend the Barn at Bull Meadow and their team to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with people who genuinely care about making your wedding day everything you hoped it would be. We are so grateful we chose them!”
