Choosing Stroudsmoor Country Inn was, without question, one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly sets Stroudsmoor apart is the people. Every single person we encountered was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day unforgettable.
Our day-of coordinator, Kaylie, was nothing short of incredible. I truly don't know how she managed to take every single detail I had envisioned and execute it so flawlessly. She anticipated our needs before we even realized we had them and made the entire day feel effortless. From hiding our rings under a chair before the ceremony, to rearranging the cocktail hour space to better fit the flow of our guests, to making sure our meals weren't served until after we finished taking photos—she thought of absolutely everything. It was the little details that made such a huge difference, and not a single one went unnoticed.
As a bride, it's hard to completely hand over control after spending months (or years!) planning your wedding. Kaylie made that so easy. She allowed me to be fully present, enjoy every moment with my husband, family, and friends, and never once worry about what was happening behind the scenes. That peace of mind is priceless.
The entire Stroudsmoor team was exceptional. From the banquet staff to everyone working behind the scenes, every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and professional. Our guests are still talking about how attentive everyone was and how smoothly the entire day flowed. We never had to ask for anything because the staff was always one step ahead.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Every space—from the ceremony site to cocktail hour and the reception—felt elegant, timeless, and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like something out of a fairytale. Looking back at our photos, I still can't believe that was our wedding.
