I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Amalia and Jenna from butterfly effect weddings!! I purchased the Day-Of Coordinator service, hoping that I’d be able to take the decorating, last minute organization, and vendor communication off my plate after everything was planned and booked. But these two experts did this, and SO much more. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. But most importantly, they made me feel like I could relax and fully enjoy the busy wedding day, and be super present with all my guests, family, friends, and husband. Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. She is incredibly warm, personable, and easy to talk to, and was able to calm my nerves about so many different factors for the wedding. Jamie was always there through the process to answer my "silly" questions when I felt overwhelmed with the planning. I showed her pictures of what I envisioned for my décor on the big day and she executed flawlessly. It was a HUGE sigh of relief arriving to the venue and seeing all of the décor, tables, and miscellaneous items set up hours before our ceremony was set to begin. Throughout the evening, Janet made sure to see that I was enjoying the evening and always had a drink in my hand. We truly cannot thank Andrea enough for everything she did to make our wedding not only possible, but joyful, totally seamless, and stress-free. Hiring her as our 2-month out planner and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. From the very start, Andrea brought clear communication, expert guidance, and an incredibly calming presence to every step of the process. She became a trusted home base for us - someone we could always count on for answers, direction, and reassurance. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she brought up countless things we never would have thought of, from timeline logistics, ceremony seating, a late night food order, and guest book display. Every little detail felt intentional because she was thinking five steps ahead. She also was able to think on her feet and effectively communicate with our other vendors when some plans changed due to inclement weather. Andrea was instrumental in helping us craft our ceremony. We had a family member officiate, and none of us had ever created a ceremony before. Andrea gave us structure, options, and gentle guidance to help shape something that felt totally unique to us. Andrea was present, warm, and totally professional. She kept us on schedule with total ease, never interrupting a conversation or inserting herself, yet always there at the right moment. Her ability to manage the moving parts while making sure we felt calm and supported was remarkable. So many members of our family and wedding party went out of their way to comment on how wonderful Andrea was. One of our bridesmaids put it best: “I’ve never seen someone as good at their job as Andrea.” And we totally agree. We would’ve been absolutely lost without her. TM Grey Events was amazing at my wedding. Liya was extremely organized and on top of everything. She has great energy and helped me stay focused on the day rather than the planning. She handled all day of coordination including coordinating an ambulance when a medical emergency occurred with one of our caterers without any of the wedding guests knowing. She handled this calmly and seamlessly. I didn't even find out about the emergency until after the wedding.
