“We booked the Barn at Mount Hope for our wedding in March of 2019. Little did we know it would be rescheduled twice due to Covid-19. Nicole worked with us through everything from start to finish, twice and even sent us small tokens to let us know we weren't forgotten over the two years. We really appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to help us in this crazy hectic time. Nicole and her team were amazing from 2019 to 2021 and we couldn't have been happier with the event. The wine was delicious and we made new cider fans out of some family members with that amazing blueberry cider. The Barn was a gorgeous venue for the wedding we had and the Renaissance Faire backdrop only added to the feeling. It was a truly magical evening for us”

Not only was the venue stunning and exactly what I had pictured, I knew right away that the team would be a dream to work with. John was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to any question I had leading up to our wedding, and did everything he could to ensure our day was perfect! While the weather could not have been any better on our wedding day, there was a big storm two days prior. John, Mark and team spent hours making sure the grounds looked perfect! The venue was picture-perfect and made for the best photos. We loved the outdoor dance floor and surrounding space, where we were able to have our corn hole and mini golf set up. Having access to the Inn made a huge difference, and I was able to get some great photos in the gorgeous claw foot bathtub! I can keep going on, but having our wedding at Bear Mill Estate was the best decision. I cannot recommend it enough!”

“Landis Valley Farm & Museum was the absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception! We knew when we were looking at venues that we wanted it in a barn setting and for the place to have a laid-back, fun, and casual feel. Landis was exactly that and more! Not only is the site maintained with the utmost care, but every building at the farm is so exquisitely quaint and beautifully rustic. Such a gorgeous place as a whole, especially for pictures during our big day. We knew during our very first meeting with Katelyn, our venue coordinator, that we were in good hands. Katelyn was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and available by email at what seemed like the drop of a hat for all of our questions, big or small, leading up to our day. She was extremely organized and clear on expectations of what we should anticipate in having an event here. Like for example, making it clear from the day we scoped out the venue that it is an a la carte type venue, and we would be responsible for reaching out to all vendors that we would want to hire. She did provide a list of vendors that past weddings had used, which was extremely helpful, and we were lucky to find a few from that list, along with the others that we researched on our own. Katelyn’s attentiveness even the week of our wedding was so comforting. Along with our day of coordinator (that we hired from Fancy Peacock), Katelyn assisted in executing a check-in schedule for all of our vendors the day of, and everything went so smoothly! Landis does provide two attendants, one during the day and one night, who oversee the property - thanks, Dave and Elliot! Overall, if you don’t mind some DIY, and finding most vendors on your own like my husband and I, Landis makes for a dream come true wedding venue!”

“First of all, what a gorgeous venue! We had our wedding reception in the crystal ballroom and it was beautiful. The Eden staff worked seamlessly with our vendors to ensure everything went smoothly. I can’t say enough how helpful Megan Supeck was in our planning process. She was so communicative and transparent. She seemed as happy as we were about our wedding! From beginning to end, she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. We also enjoyed staying in the Paradise Suite the night of the wedding. They had a bottle of champagne read for us when we got to the room and complimentary breakfast the next morning. I was so stressed with wedding planning, but Megan and her team really put me at ease.”

“Our wedding at Valley Run Farm was absolutely lovely and working with the Yost family was exceptional. Lynn was extremely helpful in every aspect. From beginning to end, her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail was spot on. The venue was able to accommodate our large wedding party and guests comfortably. They converted a pole barn/riding arena into a charming reception area which includes a bar, restrooms, 2 secluded bridal party rooms, and an outside patio area with exceptional views. In addition to the beautiful wooden tables and chairs, Lynn offered items, like table clothes, vases, lanterns, and other rustic decorations that we used on our special day. The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

  • Dressing room available

They took care of everything, so I didn't have to worry about a single detail - I could just focus on getting married. All of the decorations were beautifully set up, and they were even happy to accommodate any additional items we provided. “From our tour to our big day, HA was different. We knew that the moment we arrived for our tour. I remember looking at my fiancé and beaming during our tour because, without even speaking, we both knew this was it—this was where we’d say “I Do.” The day couldn’t have been more magical. There’s so much stress in the planning process and the day of was the easiest part. My fiancés jacket ripped 20 minutes before the ceremony and one of my bridesmaids lost her bouquet. A sewing kit saved the day and the jacket was quickly fixed, and cocktail hour arrangement was repurposed into a bridesmaid bouquet 10 minutes before the ceremony. Zip tied and ribboned (which was identical to the others). I didn’t even have time to panic before a solution came along. Our Day of Coordinator, Kirsten was always calm, cool, and collected. I never once panicked. Never broke a sweat. Leah, the venue owner, was also there on our big day. Between the two of them, there was zero chance of the day being anything less than amazing. My wife always wanted a wedding, I always wanted to elope. I couldn’t be happier that I let her win that battle. Booking HA was the best decision we made throughout the process. I would do it a million times over. You will never regret booking at HA.”

What Types of Wedding Venues Can You Find in Lebanon?

Lebanon offers a diverse range of venues that cater to every couple's vision. You'll discover options that perfectly match your personal style no matter what you're looking for. Quentin Grove features an 1870s rustic barn with both outdoor tent space for 150 guests and indoor accommodations for 49, all overlooking scenic golf course views you and your guests will love. How Much Will a Lebanon Wedding Cost?

Venue costs in Lebanon typically range between $6,500 and $12,000, right in line with the national average so you're getting competitive pricing. Your total wedding budget will depend largely on your guest count. For a smaller gathering of 50 guests, you can expect to spend around $20,233. Medium-sized weddings with 100 guests average about $33,487 while larger celebrations of 150 guests typically cost $45,948. If you're planning a big event with 200 guests, budget approximately $57,087. Very large weddings with 250 or 300 guests run about $68,227 and $79,366 respectively.

When Should You Book a Lebanon, PA Venue?

Most couples secure their Lebanon venue about 14 months before their wedding date with November being the peak month for inquiries. You'll want to book early for prime dates especially during wedding season. If you're flexible with your date or considering an off-season celebration, you might find excellent venues available with less advance notice. This timing flexibility can sometimes work in your favor for negotiating rates or securing dates that would otherwise be booked well in advance.

What Should You Ask When Touring Lebanon Venues?

When visiting potential venues, ask about their weather contingency plans so you're prepared for anything Mother Nature might bring. It's also important to inquire about their experience hosting cultural ceremonies if you're planning traditional elements. Check on their PLCB licensing status for alcohol service to understand your options for bar arrangements. Don't forget to ask about sound ordinance restrictions especially at venues near residential areas as this could affect your music and entertainment plans. These questions will help you find the perfect venue that accommodates all your needs while avoiding any surprises later in your planning process.
