A little bit about me so you feel like you're connecting with a real person- I'm Emily. I grew up on a farm in Wisconsin and so I love animals and nature. I love thrift stores, tropical plants, and horses. I live with a little tribe of wildmen- my husband, my two year old, and our cat who is probably part lion. I have a counseling degree and that has really formed me as a photographer. My film guy is my husband Zach, and we met in a library. He knows five different ways to brew coffee and can play six different instruments.

Ally here! I believe you shouldn't invest in something unless you feel it's right for you! That being said, the biggest choice in life you can ever make is the choice to invest in your memories. That's what I am here for! To capture all the milestones, and life changing moments that you will forever cherish. I attempt to remain minimalist without tons of gear, partly because I'm running by myself, also because I don't like the clutter. It's not necessary for a great film!

As the owner of STRATA, I have the privilege of capturing love in motion for couples just like you, and I get to call it my job! Even though I had been creating video content since 2006, I accidentally fell into this wedding cinema videography career path in 2013 by filming my cousin's wedding as a favor. I posted it to Facebook for them and the rest is history!
