We were looking for an entirely gluten-free food vendor, and they walked us through everything — from picking the menu to doing multiple tastings so we felt confident in our choices. They were honestly the easiest vendor we worked with during the whole process. We went with Mexican food with an American twist, and it turned out incredible. Our guests were raving about the food all night, and even after the wedding people kept telling us how good it was. Some guests took leftovers home and said things like the ribs and sweet candied yams somehow tasted even better the next day. Thank you so much to the Upohar team for helping make our day so special. “If there's anything you do in wedding planning - it's hiring Hannah Elizabeth Events!!!!!! Hannah and her team were nothing but amazing on our wedding day. We had Hannah be our wedding coordinator as I was able to do most of the planning but still wanted a professional's opinion and help on the day itself. They were nothing but incredible and made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful and the wedding day go on without any major hiccups. Even though Hannah was just the wedding coordinator for the day, she had been immensely helpful in answering questions about vendors in the area and her opinion on certain parts of the wedding day. Even with a few delays in our timeline in the beginning part of the day prior to the ceremony, she and her team were able to still help make the day flow smoothly and without a hitch! She often came up to me during the wedding day for updates and checking in on both my husband and I. She was able to hand out the rest of the payments to our vendors at the end of the night so we didn't have to and were fully able to enjoy our wedding ceremony. Where do we even begin to say how grateful and how much fun we had ar our wedding? We had such an amazing experience with 3 West from start to finish and could not recommend them enough. We kicked off a video call with co-owner, Matt, who spent time getting to know us personally, broke down their services, how everything works and answered all of our questions. We truly felt like we were in good hands. Our biggest priority for our wedding was the DJ. We love dancing and listening to music and we wanted someone who would keep everyone on the dance floor. DJ Jeff was referred to us by a family friend who raved about him! And he did not disappoint! About a month out from the wedding we hopped on a video call with Jeff to go over our vision of the day, songs we would like to be played and he also took the time to know us as a couple. DJ Jeff exceeded all expectations! He played one hit after another and made it extremely hard to leave the dance floor. Get yourself a DJ that gives your bridal hairstylist anxiety with how your hair turned out by the end of the reception. All of our guests were shouting for an encore by the end of the night. We have still been getting calls and messages about how much fun our guests had and how awesome DJ Jeff was. “I honestly don’t even know how to write a review that does Taylor justice—she is just that incredible. From the very beginning, her energy made us feel instantly comfortable, safe, and completely able to be ourselves. As a queer couple, finding a queer photographer who truly gets it was such a gift. We never had to explain ourselves or hold anything back—we felt fully seen the entire time. As two plus-sized brides, this meant even more. Not every photographer knows how to capture all body types in a way that feels natural and beautiful—but Taylor just does. We didn’t even need to have a big conversation about it—we just felt confident and in good hands. And somehow, even the most candid moments look incredible. It still blows our minds. Her photography is on another level, but what truly sets her apart is how much she invests in her clients. She was so much more than our photographer—she helped guide us through the entire planning process with thoughtful check-ins, timeline support, and so much care. She made what could have been overwhelming feel organized, collaborative, and even fun. She is also one of the most professional and on-top-of-it vendors we worked with (and we had some amazing vendors). We always felt taken care of. Her second photographer, Bec, was also incredible. The two of them worked so seamlessly together and were completely in tune with our needs. At one point during the day, I mentioned feeling frustrated about a detail I had envisioned, and they immediately stepped in with a “we’ve got you” attitude—and somehow made it happen right away. We felt so supported, seen, and prioritized throughout the entire day. It was also 1000% worth having a second photographer. We didn’t originally plan on it, but we are so glad we did. They captured everything—both of us, our guests, and so many meaningful in-between moments that we’ll cherish forever. We’ve now done four shoots with Taylor, and at this point we joke that we just keep booking her so we can hang out. Creating with her is always the best experience. Truly, hiring Taylor was the best money we spent on our wedding. We didn’t choose the cheapest option—we chose the best. Some things aren’t worth cutting corners on, and this is one of them. What you’re investing in with Taylor is so much more than your wedding day. It’s months of thoughtful planning, guidance, care, and the time she pours into understanding your vision and bringing it to life in a way that feels completely personal. That level of experience and intention is something you can’t fully understand until you go through it—but it is worth every single penny. We are so glad we trusted that and didn’t let price be the deciding factor. She is worth the splurge, worth the investment, and clearly knows her worth—for good reason. We cannot recommend her enough.”

“Hiring Planned Perfection for partial wedding planning services and working with Danielle was the best decision we made! We had an intimate wedding of around 35 people My husband and I both agree that a wedding planner was still needed and worth it! We needed a smaller venue, and we wouldn’t have known our venue existed without Danielle! Danielle took all my worries away! We knew what we wanted our day to look and feel like, but we were not so great at the implementing part. Danielle was able to guide us through the process seamlessly! She was super responsive and answered all of my million questions! I am not the best with visualizing how a space would look, how many florals would be needed, and color scheme. Danielle has an eye for this, and was crucial in making our day look how we dreamed! On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax! Danielle took care of EVERYTHING. The weather was a little bit iffy in the morning, and she let me know not to worry and she would make the call if the wedding needed to be moved indoors. Our family commented on how well the day flowed and how Danielle had everything under control! If you are on the fence of hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. “Landis Valley Farm & Museum was the absolute perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception! We knew when we were looking at venues that we wanted it in a barn setting and for the place to have a laid-back, fun, and casual feel. Landis was exactly that and more! Not only is the site maintained with the utmost care, but every building at the farm is so exquisitely quaint and beautifully rustic. Such a gorgeous place as a whole, especially for pictures during our big day. We knew during our very first meeting with Katelyn, our venue coordinator, that we were in good hands. Katelyn was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and available by email at what seemed like the drop of a hat for all of our questions, big or small, leading up to our day. She was extremely organized and clear on expectations of what we should anticipate in having an event here. Like for example, making it clear from the day we scoped out the venue that it is an a la carte type venue, and we would be responsible for reaching out to all vendors that we would want to hire. She did provide a list of vendors that past weddings had used, which was extremely helpful, and we were lucky to find a few from that list, along with the others that we researched on our own. Katelyn’s attentiveness even the week of our wedding was so comforting. Along with our day of coordinator (that we hired from Fancy Peacock), Katelyn assisted in executing a check-in schedule for all of our vendors the day of, and everything went so smoothly! Landis does provide two attendants, one during the day and one night, who oversee the property - thanks, Dave and Elliot! Overall, if you don’t mind some DIY, and finding most vendors on your own like my husband and I, Landis makes for a dream come true wedding venue!”

Newly restored, award winning and historic stone barn from the early 1800's. The property boasts three climate controlled spaces allowing you to have the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception in different spaces. You get to choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony location with the option to move to the indoor ceremony space the morning of your wedding. Packages are designed to be all-inclusive and stress free with catering & venue combined. Day of coordinator, bartenders, and service staff along with all china, glassware, flatware & 59 colors of linens are included in our catering rates. All Setup & Tear down of your decor is handled by staff so you are able to relax and enjoy your day.

“I could not have asked for a better photographer for my wedding than Vanessa! She was a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the big day. When my husband and I were first assessing photographers for our wedding, Vanessa's work jumped out at us as stunning and unique, but with a classic, timeless look that suited our personalties well. (Also, she's incredibly affordable for the high quality of service you receive.) When we reached out, Vanessa was warm and communicative, and she immediately scheduled a Zoom call for us to go over what was important and unique to our wedding that we wanted to focus on. Vanessa struck the perfect balance between inquisitive, yet never overbearing. She was also incredibly flexible - we were traveling from outside the area and could not do an engagement shoot, so Vanessa offered to photograph our rehearsal dinner instead! It was a great decision that resulted in lovely casual photos with our closest family and friends. On the day of our wedding, Vanessa and her awesome second photographer, Tara, were calm and professional, but quick to put my nervous self at ease. The two of them were incredibly astute, picking up on little details about the day that we might not have thought to focus on. For example, Vanessa gushed about a tree in bloom that was right down the street from our venue, and taking pictures in front of it resulted in some of the best shots from the day. Tara also noted that my husband was playing guitar to calm his nerves before the ceremony, and Vanessa suggested taking some "blue hour" portraits with him serenading me. This was by far one of the high points of the day and I LOVE that they highlighted what was important to us. Vanessa's attention to detail is one of those qualities that sets her apart. Additionally, Vanessa handles situational stress with ease. During posed shots before the ceremony, we had an awkward situation with a guest, and Vanessa saw my scrunched-up face and was instantly at my side offering me multiple options for how she could deal with the situation. She single-handedly took the situation off my plate, and I knew in that moment I was in good hands. When we got our pictures back - WOW. They are truly stunning and exactly what we were looking for in wedding pictures. Vanessa's subtle, warm, yet slightly moody editing made for some amazing shots of our day. Our pictures stand apart from all other wedding shots we've seen, in the best way possible. My only problem now is narrowing down the ones I want to print! We were and continue to be absolutely thrilled with Vanessa's professionalism, expertise, and warmth. Do yourself a favor and hire her for your special event.”

The day of our wedding, the time line was altered (makeup took longer than planned), so Dwayne compromised. He was nothing but: polite, calm, understanding & professional. Also, though he is based in PA he traveled to NY for our wedding and did an amazing job.
