I've also expanded my range to include more magazine and fashion techniques as well and definitely bring a "night-club" feel to the reception photos (yes, even with Grandma & Grandpa, they've never had so much fun).

We started with a deli outside of Philadelphia, and we quickly moved into catering. As friends and acquaintances asked us to cater more and more, we decided to open a catering company. We have cooked with some of the best chefs and cooks in Lancaster County, PA, and are constantly learning new techniques in American, Continental, Asian, and Latino cooking. We love to learn and share what we learn with our clients.

There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.
