“We cannot recommend Said highly enough! He is incredibly professional and responsive to all our questions. It was clear from the start that he knew exactly what he was doing. Said took the time to ask all the right questions to truly understand the specific vibe and music we wanted for our wedding. He managed guest requests well (we didn't want everything to be played, and he did a fantastic job filtering through them so we only heard the music we actually liked). On the day of, his setup was fast, the sound quality was excellent, and his lighting made the dance floor fun. Our biggest priority was keeping people on the dance floor, and Said delivered. The floor was packed from the first song until the very end of the night! We are still getting comments from friends about how much fun they had and how impressed they were that the dancing never stopped. When we started looking for a DJ service for our wedding, most were not personal and just sent us a quote without getting any detail except the date and location. Joe at Sound Dimensions asked to talk first to make sure they were quoting us what we needed. After that first phone call my mind was made up. Joe spent time getting to know us, our style and what we wanted. The in-depth meeting prior to the wedding to go over details really highlighted how detail oriented the team is and how much they cared about us! We had ceremony music as well as dinner music and our reception. The ceremony site was a small location and the sound was incredible and they set it up as to not take up any of the limited seating room. Through our night Joe and Kory made sure everything ran smoothly. They kept it fun and moving and completely tailored to our taste. “Soundfire DJ did an exceptional job with our wedding on July 11, 2020 in Door County. The detail and hard work that was put into our ceremony and reception was really what put SFDJ above any other wedding DJ I have experienced. Shawn was excellent with talking to our guests and staying open to schedule changes throughout the night. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire wedding and was super fun and brought a great energy! Tyler’s music was amazing. I loved that he fused a bunch of songs that we requested together to make it more fun. He read the room and would play slow songs or fast songs at perfect times. Requests were always granted and they had an awesome selection of songs available. I loved that we were able to make playlists beforehand with their easy-to-use website. I also appreciated that we would get monthly emails with general wedding reminders of what is typically done that month during wedding planning. That was super helpful for myself who did not hire a wedding planner and had zero experience with planning events. SFDJ truly helped make our special day absolutely perfect, regardless of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since our wedding in 2020, we have been to several weddings of our friends and family that used SFDJ simply because of the experience they had at our wedding! They were communicative, professional, and had a platform that made choosing songs and getting organized a breeze. It was affordable as far as wedding add-ons goes and classed up the wedding, our guests were all excited and impressed. Our violinist was incredibly talented and added an incredible flair. “Where do we even start! From the very first email, Colin was such a calming and supportive presence throughout the whole wedding planning process. Anytime I had a question or worry (which I had a few), he was right there with reassurance and quick answers - even when I’d email him late at night, he somehow would respond within minutes! That kind of responsiveness and care meant so much to us, especially in the week leading up to the wedding with things get hectic. He went above and beyond for our rehearsal, helping us run through every detail and setting up mics and speakers so efficiently that everything flowed seamlessly. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he had everything under control. On the wedding day, Colin handled two complete sound setups - his wireless one for our outdoor ceremony and his main for the reception - and both were absolutely flawless! The sound quality was perfect the entire day; guests could hear every word of our ceremony and every speech crystal clear. There wasn’t a single hiccup. Then came one of the biggest surprises of the night - cold sparks! Colin and my husband had planned them without me knowing, and it was truly one of my favorite parts of the evening. It made our first dance feel straight out of a movie and the photos from that moment are unreal. If anyone is on the fence about adding cold sparks - DO IT! You won’t regret it. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests! Colin recently upgraded with a printer which people were obsessed with being able to take home their photos (a little built in favor). It kept guests entertained all night long and added such a fun, interactive element to our reception. What really stood out though, was how Colin and his wife (who was his wonderful assistant that day) made everything so personal. They were professional yet warm, blending right into the crowd and truly feeling like family celebrating alongside us. Colin kept the energy flowing, a smooth timeline, and the dance floor full all night long. Looking back, we can’t imagine our day without Sound Love. Colin helped make everything easy, stress-free, and so much fun. “I found Mike via thumbtack & although on there it stated he was booked on my wedding date I thought I’d still reach out to him. I’m so happy I did because he put me in touch with our dj, thankyouteddy and he did an awesome job djing for our wedding! Mike was very informative and gave me plenty of information. He also has you do a questionnaire to help narrow down the right dj for you based off your music preferences. Mike will reached out periodically to follow up & also puts you in touch with the dj the week of the wedding to go over details. Teddy arrived on time and kept everyone on our toes throughout the night. The only thing I will say, is if you’re doing bridal party introductions it’s best to rehearse it if possible. Or give an exact time of the song for your dj to play when each couple comes out.”

I have loved being around other people my entire life and making them happy. I honestly remember getting in trouble in grade school making kids laugh. So bow that I'm an adult I still love to be around people and make them happy. Laughing, smiling and dancing.

On the day of the wedding, truly delivered an excellent value, expertly adapting the music and energy to the mood of the crowd. Our guests were raving about how fun and lively the dance floor was all night long, with Josh respectfully keeping the music aligned to the styles we had discussed. Josh went above and beyond in making sure we didn't need to worry if our guests were going to have a great time - they absolutely did thanks to the incredible work of Peace of Mind Entertainment. The Photo Booth was also so fun, and he even gave us a booklet with a copy of all of the photos our guests too. I would 10/10 recommend Josh and Peace of Mind Entertainment to anyone looking for DJ services.”
