“One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing vendors who are great people with passion, care, and great energy. DJ Kevin is all of the above - the vibes were immaculate. My husband is a musician so music was one of the most important aspects of the wedding for him and DJ Kevin met his high standards. Leading up to the wedding, Kevin was informative, communicative, and has the type of personality that helps melt the stress away (and I couldn't have appreciated that more in the last week before the wedding!). He was also adaptable without judgement which is sometimes in short supply in the wedding industry but goes a long, long way in my book. For the wedding, we created playlists for the different sections of the wedding, and Kevin knew just how to make our vision come to life --playing the right songs at just the right time and helping the wedding flow seamlessly. He also helped curate the perfect mood for dancing with his light design, and his new Photo Booth add on gave our guests an endless source of enjoyment when they needed to catch their breath off the dance floor. (And even more enjoyment for us when we got to see all the pictures and gifs people took after the wedding!). And if all that wasn't enough already, he even volunteered to take pictures during our sparkler exit and captured one of my favorite pictures of the whole day! If I ever needed to plan a big event again in the future, the choice for DJ is already made.”

“Greg was amazing!! The process was very easy with him and he made our vision a reality. Right when our ceremony was about to happen, we had a tornado warning with massive downpours and a loss of power that delayed our wedding. Greg luckily had a battery back up that he was able to use for the ceremony, up until the power came back on. We are so thankful he was prepared for this delay. “DJ the Mood was great for our wedding. He was flexible in providing equipment to provide music for both an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour and an indoor reception. He provided MC services as well. We did provide him with a list of song requests from guests, and I’m glad we did because he did not accept requests from guests during the reception. He did play a variety of genres, which is what we requested. We had agreed to go on an hour-by-hour basis after the booked 6 hrs, though on wedding day he told me he was unable to stay past 11pm. Overall, I would recommend him as your wedding DJ but encourage you to have details in writing.”

“DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. From the very beginning, Cassandra was incredible to work with. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. “Booking DJ Ore was one of the best calls we made for our wedding. From our first phone call to the last song at 1am, he was on top of everything — quick to respond, organized, and genuinely invested in getting our day right. We got married at a camp in the Catskills with the ceremony out in the woods, which meant some tricky logistics: separate sound for the ceremony in the trees, load-in with the venue staff, a timeline that kept shifting on him. Ore handled all of it and we never had to think about any of it. The music was unreal, and he kept the dance floor packed the entire night. Our guests basically refused to leave it, and we honestly lost count of how many people came up to us throughout the night to say how good the music and the DJ were. The thing I'll always remember, though, is how he made space for my Tío to play. My Tío sang and played guitar, and Ore made sure he had everything he needed to do it right. He and Chris brought so much energy and just knew how to keep the room going. If you want a DJ who's professional, easy to talk to, and cares about your day, book him. Thank you for everything, Ore — you gave us a night we won't forget. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Alan C was easy and great to work with! We had a music range from Bad Bunny, Creed, The Killers and more! We shared with him a playlist of some of our favorite songs, a list of "do not play" whether they were styles of music, artists or specific songs and a "must play" list. His online forum was easy to navigate and use. We loved the uplighting and the audio guestbook (phone)!! Also I appreciate that he read and followed through with all the small notes we left for him (specifically we asked for father/daughter, mother/son and first dance to end after the chorus and not play the entire 3-4 minutes). Such a great time. We received so many compliments on our music and the dance floor was busy all night long! He was always very responsive and quick to work with any last minute changes (we had a rainy day).”
