Rural Hill Farm is a lodging and event venue perfect for weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, birthday parties, graduation celebrations and much more! Situated in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, Rural Hill Farm is 180 acres of secluded beauty! Our property features a 2+ acre pond, two large event pavilions with tables and chairs, bridal/groom suites, prep kitchen and restroom facilities. The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. We offer seating for up to 400 inside or 575 when paired with the outdoor covered pavilion. The pavilion is the perfect place to start your cocktail reception. Our historical architecture shines with the exposed arched brick walls, high ceilings reaching 10 – 20 feet, ornate ironwork, arched windows, hardwood flooring and beautiful chandelier serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding, corporate or social event.

A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
