Welcome to Touched by Time Weddings. We are delighted that you stopped by. Are you looking for the ideal location? Are you looking for a venue that is picturesque with rolling hills, beautiful trees, a pond with a fountain, a natural spring, & situated on 25 acres? Showcasing a climate controlled pavilion filled with chandeliers, a 120 yr old tobacco barn, bridal suite, grooms quarters & staff that will feel like family. Then look no further, here we are! Located in middle Tennessee. We have space & decor for large chic weddings. We also offer packages for small intimate weddings We have been in the wedding industry for 10 years. Blessed to help create weddings for literally 100's of couples with our rentals, styling, planning & coordinating. Now we get to take it one step further by adding Venue Owners to the list. Our goal is to make your day unique & special. We would love to work with you to bring your vision to life! We would be honored to help create the wedding of your dreams!

Tobacco Barn
100 year old Tobacco
Step into the rustic charm of our historic Tobacco Barn, a beautifully restored space that offers the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony, reception, or cocktail hour. Originally built in the 1920s for drying tobacco the barn has been lovingly restored while preserving its timeless character. The floors are crafted from hand-sawn cherry wood, adding a warm, natural touch to the ambiance. The barn can easily accommodate your guests and provide a stunning backdrop for your special day.

These pieces add character and comfort, while carefully chosen accessories and décor enhance the barn’s natural beauty. The space is designed to be flexible, allowing you to tailor the layout to match your unique vision. One of the barn’s standout features is the enchanting market lighting that casts a soft, romantic glow throughout the space.

Our enclosed pavilion offers a stunning blend of rustic charm and elegant southern comfort, making it the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony, or reception. Featuring exposed antique tin ceilings and beams, the space is adorned with several beautiful chandeliers that add a touch of timeless sophistication. This climate-controlled space boasts large panoramic windows that fills the room with natural light making it feel bright and airy. The space offers ample space for dancing & dining.

Truly incredible venue and support team
First off. This venue is beautiful! But more importantly, Nancy and Kelly go above and beyond for their brides. They built things, hung things, let me come early cus they had the availability, met with me so many times , kept constant communication so I felt secure ...I could go on and on. This venue is so reasonably priced especially when you look at the value of the care provided by Nancy and Kelly. They hear my vision and were on board, they didnt understand some of my nerdier requests but they still supported the vision and did their upmost to bring it to life. They transformed their pastels and whites venue into my Halloween nerdy paradise of a wedding. It was beautiful and perfect and I owe so much of it to the wonderful women of Touched by Time. This venue is spacious and beautiful. My guests were taking photos all over it due to its beauty but the main photo attraction was the incredible photo booth they have available. The book they provided at the end with a copy of every guests photos has been looked through several times. I truly cant express how much I loved this venue and the women running it. Their dedication to their brides and grooms is unmatched and their vendor recommendations were spot on! They took so much off my plate that I was happily wandering the venue enjoying the view on the day of before getting my makeup done. While also supporting my need to check over everything (cus im just like that) HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue and the wonderful team that runs it. You will not be sorry to book this venue. They took my vision and expanded it beyond what I could have dreamed.
AMAZING
This venue was absolutely perfect! The Kelly and Nancy went above and beyond to make the day stress-free and everything ran so smoothly. The space was beautiful, and they truly cared about making our day special. Highly recommend to anyone!
A Venue & A Day To Remember
We met Nancy and Kelly at a Bridal expo in Nashville 2024. They were both very easy to talk with and provided a lot of information about their venue as well as extending an invitation to come visit. While we met with about 6-7 other venue hosts, Nancy and Kelly felt the most down to earth and relatable so we chose to go out to the venue and see what it was like. The 30 minute drive out of Columbia is beautiful. but that view pales in comparison when you get to the venue. There’s a large lake with fountain and lights to the left of the entrance. A rustic tobacco barn sits at the top left and a quaint reception hall stretches out to the right. To top it off, there are chickens and ducks roaming the property (put up for wedding). It’s like taking a step back in time, no city noises, just the wind rustling the leaves in the trees. Nancy and Kelly take the time to get to know you personally throughout the time leading up to the wedding and by the end of the ceremony they’ve become the aunt and cousin you didn’t know you had. They are well connected in the wedding service business and after searching for dj, caterer, photographer and cake decorator; we eventually went with those vendors they have worked with before and were very pleased with the service provided by all. They have a large assortment of furniture and decorations to choose from to meet the needs of your day. They take the time to personally change the layout of the reception hall to fit your ceremony. We had seen the hall done three different ways during our visits. There are no cookie cutters here asNancy and Kelly really work hard to ensure your wedding is the best day ever. Ours was and I’m sure that yours will be too if you choose Touched by Time.
AMAZING!!!
The venue is GORGEOUS and the pricing was affordable! We had our wedding on a Thursday afternoon in May and it was everything I’ve dreamt of. Very accommodating and they have adorable vintage furniture (INCLUDED in pricing!!) All I had to provide aside from the vendors was a guestbook! And my bouquet/boutineers and such. It’s a quiet and cute little area out in the countryside about 20 mins west of Columbia,TN. They were there for me when I was stressed/throughout the day. Offered me tips on relaxing. Always reassuring me that they have things under control, and made sure that I did not lift a finger. Not only that but the connection we made with the family was as if we’ve known them forever and I truly cannot express how grateful I am to have been able to spend our special day at this venue/with this family. Nancy & Kelly were there to comfort me when everyone left early and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care they showed throughout the entire process. From viewing the venue to booking all the way up until the end of the wedding day! Such a perfect venue and praise God for bringing me here.
