About this venue
The Barn at Sycamore Farms is a scenic, flexible wedding venue set on 28 acres in Arrington, Tennessee, just outside Franklin and Nashville. Couples love the mix of natural beauty and refined indoor comfort, with ceremony options on the island, covered verandas overlooking the property, spacious getting-ready suites, and a climate-controlled Main Hall for dinner and dancing. As a blank-space venue, we give couples room to personalize their wedding around their own style, guest experience, and budget while maintaining professional venue standards. Our preferred vendor list, vendor approval process, included venue inventory, and onsite venue oversight help support a smooth, high-quality event from start to finish.

The Main Hall
A Versatile Space with a Breathtaking Chandelier
The Main Hall combines modern amenities with a refined Southern barn feel. This climate-controlled space features soaring arched ceilings, exposed wood beams, and a custom crystal chandelier, creating an elegant setting for ceremonies, dinner, and dancing. The Main Hall can accommodate up to 300 seated guests or up to 400 guests for a cocktail-style reception, depending on layout and event needs.

Rustic Elegance with Breathtaking View!
The Sycamore Veranda looks out onto the century-old sycamore tree, bridge, and island. It also features stunning vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and an eight-foot wide fan to keep your guests cool and comfortable.

The covered Lakeside Veranda offers a tranquil waterfront view. In colder months, guests appreciate the enclosed and heated veranda. The two-acre lake creates a beautiful backdrop for wedding vows, cocktail hour, or a welcome table.

Our most popular Wedding Ceremony space
The Island is one of our most picturesque ceremony locations. Guests cross a stone and wood bridge to a 9,000-square-foot island, where couples exchange vows beneath a wooden pergola surrounded by natural scenery. The bridge, pergola, and sycamore tree create a memorable setting for ceremonies and wedding photos.

From our first visit to The Barn At Sycamore Farms, my husband and I knew we had found our dream venue. The 28 acres of gorgeous land gave us endless options for photos, and we took full advantage of every corner of the property. What really impressed us was how attentive and quick the team was to respond to our questions throughout the planning process. Since we were a destination wedding, we were thrilled to use their prop room—it saved us from having to ship decorations across the country and made setup so much easier. The staff went out of their way to make us feel supported every step of the way. We can't recommend The Barn At Sycamore Farms enough for couples looking for a beautiful, accommodating venue.

The BEST venue
The Barn at Sycamore Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first inquired, the staff was prompt, open, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process. The venue itself has a timeless, southern charm with its spacious layout and beautiful decor. On the day of our wedding, the team ensured that everything was set up exactly as we had envisioned, taking a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. The perfect Middle TN venue!

Everything and more!
From the pond, to the prop room, to the main event room- Sycamore had us sold when we toured last year! We just had our wedding a few weeks ago and everything was perfect. There is so much space for the guests to mingle in, the weather was perfect, and their catering and coordinator list was so helpful. We're grateful for a wonderful experience and feel so lucky to have had our wedding be here :)
