    PLEASE READ — Don’t Waste Your Time

    This place looks so pretty and had a good review, so I was very interested in going to see it with my fiancé. Upon contacting them, I got hung up on TWICE. Glad I got information before I got hung up on the second time. Here’s what brides need to know (which I’m glad the rude lady was straight to the point, hopefully she learns some manners — this is as of Feb. 4th, 2026) they’re attached to the terminal, its regular airport parking so about 34 per vehicle (she mentioned the possibility of a prepay option) they do not have staging or a dance floor and their venue holds 480 people. Of course they also don’t provide linens or center pieces, etc. they’ve also done one informal wedding and I’m guessing that’s the good review on here. Not to mention they never replied back to me on here weeks ago lol — Don’t recommend at all.

    Amazing

    The Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very first inquiry, the staff was fast and responsive, answering all of our questions promptly. On the day of the event, the team ensured everything went off without a hitch - they truly made our special day absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that provided an incredible backdrop for our ceremony and reception. We and our guests were blown away by the beauty of the space. We're so grateful to the Hilton BNA team for helping to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
