About this venue

Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3,000 square foot flexible rental space + 2,500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding. Our open vendor policy allows you to hand-select each vendor and create your perfect day! Or you can take advantage of our all-inclusive package that makes wedding planning a breeze.

    Wilburn Street Studio was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was beautiful, with a vintage feel that was perfect for our special day, and their open vender policy helped us make our dream wedding come true. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating for last-minute rain plans. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Wilburn Street Studio to any couple looking for a unique and laid-back setting for their big day.

    Wilburn Street is a beautiful space and made for the most dreamy and romantic setting for our wedding day. It’s important to take into account your cost of rentals, speakers, outside kitchen preparation for catering when booking as you’re booking the space only. The studio next door was a great addition for getting ready so definitely book that too!

Yes, we have an open vendor policy! All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender.
Yes, we have street parking and an adjacent lot. Minimal parking in the back.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have steps leading to the backyard from the building. But we do have a gate on the side of the building that can be accessible.
We provide the space only. We do have some lounge furniture, fire pit with chairs and a mobile bar that is included in the rental fee.
Your reservation includes 12 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes your vendors to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $50 per half hour. Music must end at 11pm and door locked by 12am Midnight.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Your deposit is non-refundable, but If cancellation occurs 61 days prior to the date of the event, there is no additional charge. If cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the date of the event, ninety percent (90%) of the total cost will be retained by Wilburn Street Studio and the remaining ten percent (10%) of the total cost is returnable to Client. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability, within one year of the original date, but additional fees may apply.
Our building is located 9 miles from Nashville International Airport. You can reach our venue by taxi, Uber/Lyft or rental car.
Yes, we require insurance.
