We can host everything from rehearsal dinners to full buyouts for your wedding reception. Our venue blends the best of both worlds: craft cocktails and a laid-back vibe.     Amazing venue for my wedding welcome gathering

    We hosted our wedding welcome event at Barrel Proof and couldn’t have been happier. The space felt relaxed but elevated, the covered patio was perfect for mingling, and the cocktails were a huge hit with our guests (we’re still hearing about the Old Fashioneds!). The staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless, from the the catering menu to keeping the vibe fun and stress-free. It felt like a true Nashville experience — cozy, lively, and completely us. We can’t recommend Barrel Proof enough for couples looking for something unique and memorable.

    After Party

    This place was perfect for our wedding after party! The warmly lit bar welcomed us in and the beautifully crafted cocktails kept us going all night. The food, pool table and ample indoor/outdoor seating made it perfect for all of our guests to enjoy the night. We will definitely be back!

Yes, we have a parking lot in back, and offer 2 hours free parking -- be sure to get the QR code from us (it's not the generic ones in the lot) before you park. We will provide more information on how to get the code upon booking.
Our pricing and packages are fully customizable — tailored to your guest count, vision, and the season. We’ll work with you every step of the way to create an experience that feels effortless and uniquely yours.
An exact headcount does not need to be final at the time of contracting. However, we do ask for a ballpark estimate two weeks before the event. A finalized guest count must be provided no later than 72 hours before the event. Major changes after this deadline may not be accommodated.
Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own decorations, candles, or florals to personalize the space. We just ask no rice or glitter. Confetti is fine. We do have rafters that you can hang things on, they are high so we ask that you use caution since a ladder will be needed for hanging things.
You may access the space up to 30 minutes prior to your event to set up. If more time is needed, we will do our best to accomodate pending availability and timing.
Yes! We also have several fans for hot weather.
For Full Buyouts, all parties are required to close out to one tab. Typically our clients opt for an open bar charged on consumption, but we are happy to provide per-person beverage packages upon request.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate a drink ticket system to help control your party’s beverage consumption. Beverages will be charged on a per-consumption basis when drink tickets are presented.
Of course! Go ahead and send us a Spotify playlist in advance, and we’ll ensure it’s ready for your event.
Yes, DJs and bands are more than welcome! We have a soundboard they can connect to along with speakers that connect indoor and outdoor.
