About this venue
Reba McEntire's Former Estate; Your Dream Venue! Any luxurious event you can imagine, The Estate can accommodate with its botanical gardens, lakefront landscaping, lush bridal suite, large grooms quarters, and much more. Originally built in 1960, the nearly 13,000 sq. ft. Southern Colonial mansion is most widely recognized as the former home of country music icon, Reba McEntire. Secluded on 20 acres, the award-winning estate exudes the charm and grandeur guests would expect from an exclusive luxury resort. The Estate boasts a range of entertaining spaces both indoors and out, including a lakeside dock, gardens, a pool house, and game room. And coming Spring 2027, The Estate will debut The Conservatory, a stunning new glass-structure event space set within the grounds of Cherokee Dock. Designed to bring the beauty of the surrounding landscape inside, The Conservatory will offer couples a one-of-a-kind setting unlike anything else in Nashville.
