      Fantastic venue!!

      I got married here October 25, 2025 and it was absolutely beautiful! It is so easy to communicate with the owner and the price can't be beat. There's some decor to use at the venue, and you can't beat natures beauty. Super easy to work with and absolutely wonderful location.

      The Everlasting Pond was an absolutely amazing venue for our wedding. Melinda, the owner, had great communication with us throughout the entire process and made sure we had everything we needed for our special day. The space was beautiful, and they helped with little details like making sure we were comfortable during the reception when it got a bit cool outside. They also helped coordinate parking so we didn't have to worry about it. This venue was everything we wanted. We are so grateful to the team at The Everlasting Pond for helping make our wedding day perfect.

      Best Wedding Venue

      The owner of The Everlasting Pond was wonderful to work with. From the moment we first visited the venue, she was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring that my vision for our special day could be brought to life. The venue itself was truly breathtaking - the natural beauty of the pond and surrounding grounds created the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The owner went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, making the planning process stress-free. She was amazing throughout the entire experience, from our initial tour to the wedding day itself. I cannot recommend The Everlasting Pond highly enough for couples looking for a gorgeous, serene setting for their wedding.

    Yes. TN law says that if you serve alcohol, a ABC certified bartender must be present.
    Yes. It is self park. A staff member will direct you to your parking space.
    We are considered a rustic venue. Even though there are graveled areas, there are hardscapes and wheelchair access to the wedding site & reception area.
    You are allowed on the property 1:00 p.m. the day before your wedding and have until 11:00 a.m. the day after your wedding to pack up any props/decorations (no matter which package you choose).
    The initial 50% deposit of your chosen package is non-refundable.
    Yes. We have a recommendation that will save you $100s of dollars. Our recommended typical wedding insurance costs our brides right at $100.
    With permission. At no time is an animal allowed inside the house. All feces have to removed from the property by the owner.
    12 miles to Hotels and there are Air B&B rentals in the area.
    Yes.
    Yes, we have 3 different arch styles to choose from and a large selection of available props such as Mason jars, garland, faux candles, and a limited amount of linens.
    No. For heat, we provide patio heaters and for air, we have ceiling fans.
    Trash is normally removed from the property by the Client. Trash is one of two items that we offer as an "add on". We will carry off the Trash for an additional $75.
