While their communication was a bit delayed leading up to the event, they were ultimately effective in executing on the day-of. The DJ kept the party going all night with a good song selection, though they did play 3 Taylor Swift songs in a row at the start, which we would have preferred more variety. The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. We'd recommend HiMotive to other couples looking for an energetic DJ.”

“Cooper Union helped us celebrate the best day of our lives on November 26, 2022! Our guests raved about how awesome the band was both during and well after our wedding. Brennan's voice is as smooth as butter and Kia hitting all the high notes in "Respect" brought down the house. Not only is the band incredibly talented, but they are genuinely nice people who have a good time performing together. They accommodated all of our requests, and we had MANY including Sam Cooke, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan, and more (they play all the newer music too!). On top of it all, Brennan helped me surprise my wife with a private last dance to "River" by Leon Bridges. Brennan kept it a secret up to the last second and made the moment so so special for us both. Needless to say, tears of joy were flowing! Not only were they a fabulous musical group, but they seamlessly MC'd the reception including speeches, cake cutting, and pouring of the champagne tower. His communication was super amazing - he was always quick to respond to our questions and very helpful in planning the music for our big day.
