Diamond Strings is a Memphis based, owned, and operated string quartet formed by members of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and the musicians behind the popular Candlelight Concerts. We specialize in weddings and special events, and our role extends far beyond simply performing music. We work closely with families and planners to ensure the timing, flow, and atmosphere feels effortless – allowing you to fully be present and enjoy the celebration, knowing every musical detail is thoughtfully handled.

Diamond Package - String Quartet

The Diamond Package includes all 4 musicians (2 violins, viola, and cello) for a 1- hour event. $660 per additional hour. This is the package most frequently requested by our clients because it provides the richest and fullest sound. Especially when performing modern songs, it mirrors the energy of a contemporary band (vocals, guitar, bass, and drums) and ensures the best quality of the musical arrangements.

Platinum Package - String Trio

Includes 3 musicians for 1-hour event: 1 violin, viola, and cello. $540 per additional hour.

Gold Package - String Duo

Price$780

Description

Includes 2 musicians for 1-hour event: violin and cello or 2 violins. $390 per additional hour.

Silver Package - Solo Violin

Description

Includes 1 violinist for 1-hour event. $212.50 per additional hour

    The Diamond Strings are Excellent!

    The Diamond Strings are Excellent! We were so honored to have this wonderful string quartet entertain the FedExFamilyHouse Gala for the third year. They provided wonderful musical accompaniment for our reception and musical program. Musicians can sometimes be hard to work with but NOT Diamond Strings. They are professional and so easy to work with. You will not be disappointed.

    The group is a pleasure to work with. Their music is beautiful, played with a smile, which spreads to the listeners. The group was very thoughtful in making my daughter's wedding special, including learning the music piece she wanted for processional and gifting her a frame with the sheet music. Our musicians wear formal black attire: Male performers: tuxedos or black suits Female performers: formal black If you have a specific dress code, let us know at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
